Still got to be run in but at least the weather isn't too bad. The shiny pictures: I took it for a little run using my normal commute roads. Seems to go OK. I've just got to scrub the tyres in a bit and then give it some welly. Well pleased! Back to 4 bikes now and 3 are Yami's.1 point

see what you mean about the wheel tape, sort of distracts from the stealth look, be a bit like adding go faster stripes but to each there own as they say! would be boring if we all liked the same1 point

Hi, new to this forum. I'm buying a Yamaha DT 125 RE soon (not sure which year yet) and I want to do quite a look of work to it, performance and visual. So I have a few questions. Can I put RFX levers on a DT? (Footpegs, gear shift, clutch, and brakes?). I will be putting a full DEP system on the bike. Can I have Boyesen reeds installed? Also other than the exhaust which derestrictions are there? I want to be able to get the best performance out of this bike.So if you can list some good performance/visual mods then I'd be grateful.1 point

Always been thought not to give to much away in the beginning Tommy. Next on my hitlist will be the brake lines, should hopefully get them in the next couple of months, yeah the weather has been a battle and my hands wanted to give up in the cold haha. That's what I want, just to stand out a tiny bit & making it my own. Shaun1 point

Tommy I'm off the 24th but back on on the 25th. If you are getting the ferry across to Dunoon, you can stop at mine for your tea or summit stronger1 point

Haha I doubt running a monster in like that will bother anyone with the power it will deliver with using a 1/3 of the throttle. Now. compare that to a 125 4T. The power a 1/3 of the throttle produces on my WR is comparable to a Chinky 4T 50cc scooter. Beautiful machine DDT, I love the gold forks. It looks like a mean beast. I bet your not disappointed with the quality either.1 point
