I used eBay for the first time yesterday to sell the DT. I put the entry in, had no bids as yet. Then today I had an email from them saying my account was suspended and I was banned from eBay for life. I've sent them a mail to ask WTF is going on! Any ideas anybody? Did somebody tell them I'm Welsh?

But the 3 Allen bolts that hold it on 1 of them is rounded , but the first time the mate saw/heard it "oh get the wadding out of that, it's chocking it to fuck, you can hear it when you rev it". I said he talking bollocks, he said ok them but you take the wadding out and you'll see the diffirence, is he right?

They had the world at their feet in the 70's with the Zed and the Triples! Then a succession of bikes over the years that went well past their sell by date, seemingly no interest in development, minimal marketing and exposure compared to the other 3, and now finally a pooling of resources with Suzuki! I love Kwaks and I'm sorry to see this happen. What went wrong?

not sure if im allowed to do this or if you lot know about it already, but this came in the email this morning and it seems like the best option for petrol prices We are going to hit close to 89p a litre by the summer. Want petrol prices to come down? We need to take some intelligent, united action. Here's the idea: For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY petrol from the two biggest oil companies (which now are one), ESSO and BP. If they are not selling any petrol, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. if they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit. But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of…

.....also known as the Welsh Bike Show, held in Builth Wells. Same old gathering of Patch Club/Back Street Heroes/MAG types, as far as the eye could see there was wall to wall mullets, tattoos, leather waistcoats, pierced faces, ZZ Top beards etc. The blokes were no better either! Most of the stuff on display was bloody trikes and streetfighters, and the "stunt" show was awful. The only saving grace at these annual events is cheap clothing and accessories....we must have had about £200 worth for about £70. Took my camera....but there was nothing worth taking I'm afraid!

Went out for a blast on Saturday....Devils Bridge thread... anyway, got to Hawes and parked up in a "car" park...out of the 10 bikes we probably took up 3 spaces...which isnt bad...anyway two other guys parked next to our bikes (not in our group btw) and this tossa in a car says "can you move those bikes i want to get out?"...sorry m8 but they arent with our group....."i dont give a shit just move those bikes they're blocking the road"...by this time i'd lost my normally "cool" exterior...just shut the F**k up and get back in ya car you tossa, then the cheeky bast*rd turned around and said "people like you make me sick, you think you own the roads".. didnt…

.....to my new Yam! 8) The Divvy is no more....it's been replaced by an XT 600. Here's the deails: 2003....11 months old, so 13 months Yamaha warranty remaining. 1,600 miles. Predator stainless steel road legal complete system. Excellent nick....just needs a real good polish. Cost? I had to pay £1K on top of the Divvy....but bearing in mind that the Divvy only stood me £1700, then the XT effectively cost £2700. Which isn't bad for what is basically a new bike. Rode it the 90 miles home from the dealers, and first impressions are that it's the easiest bike to ride that I've ever been on. Not a great deal of power, but on the country roads in Mid…

If you want a shaft drive bike today, there's hardly any choice at all....apart from a load of ugly Beemers! FJR or Pan....that's basically it (don't mention the Wing or the Dullville) since the demise of the Divvy 9/GT750. 30 years ago I thought just about everything would have gone to shaft by now. I know it's extra weight etc...but it's just so easy and clean, and no large bills for sprockets and chains. I reckon shaft drive is very underated, and tbh it's probably unfashionable, but I'd never want to go back to a bike with a chain. What about you lot....any experience of Shaft Drives?
