Me again...

I’ll try and keep this post to a minimum, me and a mate decided to go for a bit of a run over to thetford forest to go visit a friend who is recovering from a motorbike incident he had a few months back. When we got their we were welcomed in to his humble abode only to find what looked like thousands of photographs of various motorbikes he has owned over the years scattered over the coffee table.

Five hours later, all three of us are smack bang in memory lane reminiscing about our past and present bikes. I bet there’s one or two of you on this forum that have found there selves doing the same thing, so if anybody feels like joining in with this post come and share your lists of bike you have owned or still own.

I’ll start...

1992 Yamaha V Max 1200

1994 Yamaha V Max 1200

1996 Yamaha TRX 850

1996 Yamaha YZF 600R

1998 Yamaha FZS 600

2001 Yamaha FZS 1000

2003 Yamaha XJR 1300

2005 Yamaha MT 01

2006 Yamaha TDM 900

2006 Yamaha YZF R6

2007 Yamaha FZ 1

2008 Yamaha YZF R1

As you can see I have had a few bikes over the years... I look forward to seeing what everybody chips in with.

2008-2010 Yamaha XVS 125 Dragstar (black) - if it was a 250 I'd still have it

2009-Present Yamaha XVS 1300 Midnight Star (red) - fantastic, unlikely to sell

2010-2011 Suzuki RV125 Van Van (white) - ok, bought for the other half to learn on but she didn't like

2010-2012 Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer (blue) - great bike, just wasted on my commute

2012-Present Honda SH300i (black) - so far seems ok

Ok I'll play along.

1968 is when I started.

Fanny barnett 200cc from my Bro who bought his first car.

AJS CSR14 250

Bonny 650 in a Hagen frame, lethal round corners but terrifying in a straight line, Oh to be young and stupid again!!

Honda 125 thing, bought it after coming out of hospital from previous bike, 2 broken legs and a smashed right arm, Christ that hurt!

Honda 400T nice bike but bland

Suzuki 250 THING that was more rust than bike, dreadful.

Plus other bikes inbetween that I either forget or want to forget.

So from 16 to 60 and I still love the feeling of being alone and having more fun than anything else.

OH almost forgot Present ride is XJ750 and MAXIM midnight 750.
