    Hi, I have recently bought a Yamaha DT 125 RE 07 model. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to have supermoto wheels on this bike? or what I would need to have supermoto wheels on it. any help would be appreciated. thanks Jake.

    Afternoon Everyone I have just got a 125 dtr 2001 and was wondering if anyone knows the best exahust to get for it? Also if you put a sports exahust on do you need to do anything else to the bike (bigger air filter ect)? Thanks Connor

    My dt seem to be riding smoother but it still has a studder im just wondering if i could be the powerband adjustments not quite write I replace all new seals and rings and the power valvue that made it run a little bit smoother if any one nows the awnser or a suggestion please help me Thanks Dylan

    DT125R Ok anybody have any ideas of getting the bearings out of the relay arm. I'm replacing them and the swing arm ones too. Tried hitting them with a screwdriver but they wont budge. I would use a blow torch but i've just had them powdercoated so its not possible.

    Its starting to feck me off tbh One thing after another then last night it hesitated in a blink then carried on fine. half mile up the road died a death and just would not fire up. put my hand over the tail pipe to see if the piston was moving and no suck or blow. Left it for five mins tried again and it was drawing fuel and had compression but still no fire. pushed it 3 miles towards home rolled it down the only bloody hill around (at the end of the village) and it jumped of New clicking sound that makes my think £££ rode it this morning to work fine steady but really stinks of collant yet level same oil good any ideas cheers also why have d…

    I have been retoring a '74 DT-175A. It had low compression. I got it started and ran it for a few miles on the hopes that I could free up the piston rings and improve the compression. Things were going well until the kick starter locked at the low end of the stroke. I pulled the engine and found that the piston skirt had broken off and pieces were locking up the piston rod. I have it in the shop to be rebored, but I am wondering what other parts (seals or bearings) I should replace as long as I have the engine torn down? There does not appear to be much wear.     hi everyone hope this may be of some use to someone,came across it by accident. riding my dtr125re,2004 model it started losing power,lights dimmed,would not go above about 50mph,finally got home,switched it off,would not switch back on,checked all connections,turned out to be a dirty connection on fuse located next to starter solenoid,when connection was dirty the neutral and oil light flickered when ticking over,dimmed when revved,i thought this was a main fuse but bike still ran with fuse removed,so anyone having problems with losing power or electrical problems its something to look at. cheers mark.

    Hello my name is Brian and I was wondering if anyone knows how much fork fluid I have to put in outer chamber of the forks. I have already filled and bleed the inner chambers of each fork, replaced the seals, and now I have to fill the outers, but I am unsure on the quantity. I have a ratio rite so if anyone knows a cc measurement that would be great. I do not have a service or owners manual for it. Thanks in advance, Brian

    I have a 1973 Yamaha 360 enduro (rt3). Every so often, when I start the bike, it runs backwards! I mean reverse, it will actually move backwards. Am I going crazy here? Anyone have any thoughts on my problem and how to correct it? thanx for any help

    Just rebuilding a 81 DT175MX, and will be popping in some fresh pistons and rings. I see there are plenty of pattern piston kits on ebay, but does anyone know if there is more than one pattern piston brand? If so, any brands to go for, or avoid? I have only ever used pattern piston years ago when I raced proddy RD400's, and they rattled so much I reverted to OEM straight away. Cheers Lee

    Hi, I'm wondering if any body could help, I've just bought what I thought was a 1977 DT 175, unfortuanatley there was no paperwork or documents as the guy used it as a feild bike. I've just checked engine and frame numbers which match and they read CT1-312*** Does anybody have any knowledge of the CT1 ? Cheers

    Hello there. I don't know what else to do so I'm posting here to get some help. I bought a Yamaha DT125R, 2001 version. Everything seems to be really okay, except it wont rev over 7000 rpm with third or more gear. First two gears go into red area of rev meter. It sometimes revs over 7000 rpm when standing still in neutral, but then falls back to exactly 7000 rpm. Some of my electrics did not work, like the horn and blinkers, so I removed the light to see what's going on. I think the previous owner made a mess there, but got them working again. I read something about a "reed switch" which restricts rpm-s to go over 7000 rpm (?). I opened the speedo and saw it had a …

    Hi all. Iv got an xt 125 x 07 plate and it has a custom made ASBO exhaust end can. it does about 60 mph top end, it climbs to 60 quickly but then it just stops so i was wondering if there was some sort of restrictor anywere on the bike. Thanks for any help, much appreciated

  19. Hey guys, Ive been riding my XT350 for about a month now. Has run perfectly fine until the last 3 days. Ill start the bike right up on 2nd or 3rd kick. Idles fine, then I get on it and start to cruise and she only wants to run for about 5 mins. When I give it gas it hesitates like its running out of gas but the tank is completely full. Then it just stops, I have to let it sit for about 10 mins and then itll run again for about 30 seconds. It cant be overheating that fast because I was riding it for hours in 100 degree heat last week. I did run it through about 2 feet of water a couple days ago. Could this have done some damage? Any ideas?
