Anyone know of a rear hugger that'll fit a 3he fzr? Will one off a foxeye fit? Thanks!

I whould be eternaly gratefull if some one whould tell me in witch order the beast fires in I was told by a garage its 1 3 4 2 from the left with 1 and 3 and 4 and 2 coils paired up

Hi Guys My rear left indicator is not working. I have checked the bulb and that works fine, and for any obvious loose connections. Ant other ideas? Yamaha R6 2009

Hi guys am after getting rid of the cat on my 07 R6, one of my mates says that he thinks a link pipe from another year R6 would fit but i'm not sure???? anybody know if this is true??? if so which one??? if not then i think it's a trawl through ebay for an after market set!!! Cheers

Hi all, Iv had my bike since sep last year and the past week its been loosing loads of power and getting worse everytime I ride it! Iv checked the air filter and changed the spark plugs and put some nice Shell V-power fuel in it with an injector cleaner and it has not helped at all I was thinking its the fuel pump? The bike idles fine but when you ride and give it full throttle it just dies untill you go back to half throttle Anyone got any ideas? Anything I can check before I take it to the shop? I need it sorted as i miss it and the good weather shold be kicking off soon with any luck

Bike will start just fine, but if i rev it in neutral or try to go in gear it stumbles and has no power. the plugs were a little black so i swaped them out just to check and it had no effect. Yesturday was first day of spring and cant ride. Please Help!

I had just changed my clutch cover gasket today and when I put it back on and together my clutch lever will now not go back into place it just stays as if Im still pulling it. Pictures below. Please help. I know this is prolly a stupid question. But Im more of a car literate guy than bike....

Has anyone experience of using and fitting a Renntec sportrack/luggage rack to a 2006 R1? If so, what kind of luggage did you use with it and how much did you carry on the rack? Renntec only recommend a 2.5kg maximum load on the rack which doesn't seem much to me....I want to use a waterproof barrelbag on the rack for weekends away etc any replies gratefully accepted cheers Steve

We purchased what we were told is a 1969 125 street bike that we plan on restoring. The bike has two cylinders which leads me to believe it is larger that a 125. I have the VIN number (081-007919) but can not find a way to decode it. Any suggestions?

Hi folks, looking for some ideas on what the problem might be with my thundercat. The problem is intermittent and shows itself several ways, or perhaps there is more than one problem. Firstly after a steady cruise at 80mph on the motorway, when I come off the motorway the engine seems to stutter and give less output. Also there is a situation when idling that the revs seem to go up about 1000rpm and then sometimes settles again, this happens with the throttle fully closed. Looking forward to hearing peoples theories. Cheers

basicly this is what happend on the day- just to inform you, this happend about 3 and a half weeks ago i was on my way to collage at about 8:30am. To get there, i have to go threw a fair bit of traffic, so most of the way i am doing crawling pace. but in order for me to get to college, i have to go threw a small amount of country lanes, which are rather buisy at that time in the morning. so with having all of the cars driving over the road, i didnt think that it would be that bad. i mean it never has been, and i have been going down there 3 days a week for one and a half years now, and it has never made me feel unsafe on that road. but when you come to the end of t…

hi all, having problems starting bike. all started couple weeks ago after washing bike, i would hit the start button and it would turn over but wouldn't fire up unless you gave a fist full of throttle. i took it out for a long ride to dry it all out cos i thought maybe water had got in the electrics, and that seemed to of have cured it. but today i tried starting it and it wouldn't fire up unless i pinned the throttle back. but i noticed this time that when turning over and not firing the temp sersor reading would flash between hi and low readings. any ideas cheers john

hi all my bike is 18 months old and the down pipes look like 10 years old. any ideas what i could do to stop them corroding any more? on chopper style bikes they use exhaust wrap but it makes the exhaust run hotter, would it be worth me putting some on? or would it do something that could bugger it up? any help please cheers john

Hi, my son has a TZR 125 with 4JB motor. He just recently bought the bike. The bike used to run reasonably well but tops out at about 65mph. I'm sure it can do better than that! lately the bike wont rev to full revs in any gear but gets to about 10000 rpm and then starts cutting back. No matter what we do we cannot get it to rev properly. Checked the carb, checked the power valve settings, spark plug etc. No Joy. also noticed that the power valve only starts to open at 9000 rpm but does open fully if you can get the bike to rev. Any ideas?

Hi, Can anyone give me some advice? My bike has been de-restricted and I can open the power valve manually, but this obviously loses power low down. So I want to fit a power valve servo to it. It's a 1988 TZR 125. What parts do I need and how do I retro fit it? Can I use the parts off of another bike or does it need to be a TZR125 from 87-89? Cheers, Paul.

G'day everyone, I'm a bit of a newbee to the forum, but I have a serious problem with my forks on my 31A -xj900 ! The top & bottom bushes are completely flogged & yamaha here in Australia can only supply the top ones (go figure ) as this will only fix half of the problem ( ther is over 5mm of play in every direction at the bottom of the forks ) I was wondering if anyone knows where I might buy a full set of bushes or know of a set of forks that will fit so I can keep my orriginal tripple trees ? Hi Guys Is there anyone out there who has bought a 2009, TDM 900 from new & can tell me if a Yamaha rear hugger was supplied new as part of the original spec of the bike? Thanks
