Hiya. I have recently purchased a yam ybr 125. I'm from the UK and havn't done my CBT yet, so can't really ride it. I am just looking round the bike and seeing where everything is. Did the ignition shut off test earlier. I've downloaded the manual from there website and it mentions the fuel cock. This is a switch where you are supposed to switch the fuel from on, off and reserve. Thing is, the manual sais its supposed to be under the seat but i cant find it anywhere. The manual also stated that it may be in different places depending which model you got. I got a standard YBR 125ED. Is it possible my bike doesnt have one, or its automaticly done or sometihng? it…

Hi all. I'm new to this site and currently own a T-reg XJR1300 (see gallery) but am thinking of getting an FZR1000 EXUP RU, the one with the USD forks. I have an idea for a project but need to know if these are good bikes or not and can you get away without using the EXUP valve. Any thoughts.

Thinking bout trying to get hold of a half decent trx 850. Was just wondering if anyones got one (or had one) that'll let me know what they thought of it in terms of everyday useability etc. And also and expensive common problems anyones experienced (so I can avoid them). Anyones opinion or help would be appreciated.

So after about 4 hours of working this morning, 5 separate trips to different stores for giant sockets, nuts/bolts/washers, I just finished putting it all together! I originally was just going for a naked look, but then it turned out to look more like a Ducati Monster (in my opinion and a few others' too). Now I just need a kickass name for it, that rivals Monster. Opinions? This is how it started: And here is how it looks now: Eventually I will be painting the brass strips holding the gauge cluster black, or maybe some other funky color. As well as moving the cluster down further in attempts to hide the wires be…

Hi all, Im new around here, but thought i would join up and say hi! I have just bought an 05 R46, that my friend has owned since new..and i love it. The bike has just gone into my local Yamaha dealer for a full service, and they mentioned that it should have a rear seat cowl with it, with Rossi's signature on it..Is this correct? If anyone can shed any light on this, that would be great... Here's my new toy:)

Hi, ive just purchased a Yamaha Neo 50cc moped for my 16th birthday. I was wondering how much speed would be added by removing the washer? its pretty slow at the moment doing 31mph and my dad can remove the washer with ease as he knows what he's doing he says... so i was wondering would that be enough to bump the speed up. Many Thanks Jack

Hello Everyone, I am considering the purchase of a 2009 Stratoliner S. Does anyone have a comment on this model good or bad? Secondly, I have always owned shaft drive bikes. What is your opinion of a belt drive machine? Thanks for your input! RustyYou may e-mail your comments to me. Please list Stratoliner in the subject line.

Alright- installed a R1 integrated tail on my seca 2- worked great for 3 weeks. Finally got a pair of led flush mounts- installed on the front... Now when I hit the switch left I get 4 ways... all lights blinking... and if I hit the switch right, the left front blinks and the right rear blinks HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. Seriously I am at a loss now- I bought a new relay thinking perhaps it was shot... a nice new one built for LEDS ( I did have resistors in before but that seems to make no difference) Testing the power to the back lights is strange... if I disconnect the set of wires running to the tail/rear signals the whole system stops- relay stops firing et…

Hi all I was curious if the fairings off 97 and newer 600Rs will fit the 96. I know they are separated in different places, but if the mounting holes are in the same locations they might fit interchangeably. Thanks,

So this thing has been making this sound for a while, saturday however I took a friend out, rode him around for a few hours (hes after a bike lol) - noticed it got a bit worse, today I noticed the chain was very loose (67mm slack, should be 40-50) ... So friend and I tightened it to 40-42 ish - figured that would help. Did the exact oppostite... now its a serious concern... smash smash smash feeling in the left foot peg... I am guessing this is the front sprocket ... missing teeth? damaged teeth? ALSO - before AND AFTER i did the chain adjustment ... it seems to skip or jump the sprocket... Accelerating hard sometimes it the RPMS will spike as if I just grabb…

Hi guy's Recently purchased an xj600 it's a 1993 model put pre diversion, anyway was wondering what sort of performance i should be getting from the bike as it seems more like a 125 than a 600,pulls ok upto about 6000 but then takes ages to rev much higher and 6th gear is just a waste of time,i can only get about 85 -90 out of it if i really cane it! Is this normal for this model of bike as i know there not ment to be that quick by todays standards but just doesn't seem right to me(frieghtened to even overtake the artics lol) Any help would be great Thanks shaun
