Just bought a 2002 Fazer 600 FZS, and ride height seems a little lower than I remember from my last 2 of these, can anyone please help, what is the length of the standard suspension bottom "dogbone" tie rods? on mine they are 140mm from hole center to hole center, is this standard, or shorter than standard, I have a pair of standard ones from my old fazer thou and they are slightly longer, I wonder if the standard ones are the same from FZS 600 to FZS thou? Any help much appreciated, or someone measure their standard ones, dead easy to do, just need a tape measure, access is no problem, ta Also can any say whether a hagon shock is good for the rear? Are they good quali…

Hey forum buddies, a question I am trying to track down sone brake calipers for the rear of my FZR400, but searching the internet brings up no trace, plenty of sets of front pattern parts, but no rears. Can anyone enlighten me, are the front and rear the same, does anyone know if there are any models that will fit my bike, or a good site that i am likely to get some from. Cheers all, Darryl

Anybody know where I could get a seal for the fuel sender unit for an XS1100? I'm replacing the old unit as it no longer works but need a new seal to go with it. I'm thinking that an old seal could leak. Any help as to where I could get one from would be greatly appreciated. Mike

Hello Can someone possibly dispell a popular myth for me. I have an 83' Y DT125MX which I am currently restoring. When we were in our teens, we were always told that the DT125MX & DT175MX shared the same bottom end, and that the barrels could be interchanged, i.e, we could put a '175' barrel on a '125' bottom end and v.v. Is this true? I've spoken with Yamaha who say no, but I've also been told by many previous owners that this is possible. They've never done, but always know someone who did, and in the immortal words 'Cor! it went like stink afterwards'. I've never actually ridden a 125MX, but the popular concensus I have been given by a number of p…

Hi to you all! Is there anyone on here that could be kind enough to supply me with the dimensions for a DT250MX swingarm, to be specific, the width of the arm at the frame/spindle mount and from the same spindle to the wheel spindle? Any help would be very gratefully received, ta!

Has anyone ever bought aftermarket stanchions for a Thundercat? If so where joo get um? I know I could get mine ground and re chromed but I'd prefer new stanchions from M&P. . . Hi Lads! I live in Ireland and I am going to leave the counrty back to the good old continent. Ireland is a left-hand drive country so the bike's headlight is correspondindgly set up to light more on the left hand side. This will cause problems on the continent so I have to change it. I sourced the lens from Canada (right hand drive country) I am just not too sure if there is any difference in the lenses between US/Canada and European models. Would somebody know? Any help appreciated Thank you Regards

I want to open up my 2006 WR250f. I ordered a new FMF power core exhaust and K&N air filter. Im gonna open up my air box on the side where the factory cut outs are but they left it solid. All this will help it breath better. The next thing I want to do is remove the grey wire from under the gas tank. Then I want remove the throttle stop and shorten it by 6mm. Have any of you out there done any of these mod's and if so what kind of results did you get? Would you do if differently or would you not do it at all. What is the benefit of removing the AIS? Thanks Kevin
