I have a 97 Tour Deluxe. The previous owner changed the exh sys to an open pipe sys. My problem is that he did not rejet. Question. What size jets do I try first? Also at slow speed the bike wants to pull right is this normal? Thanks Cap N Moe.

Hi everyone a bit of advice needed on my beloved R6. I was takin my r6 to the m.o.t centre last week had been riding about 5 miles when I lost power had to drop down the gears to keep the power on and everytime I opened the throttle she was very sluggish and then started backfiring I came to the bottom of the road and she just died on me I pushed the starter button and had to keep the revs up as she wouldn't run idle she just kept cutting out. She had been sitting over the winter with a little petrol in her but just when I left home I needed petrol and filled her up she ran perfectly for approx 5 miles then the problems started even now she starts up fine and runs idle fo…

Hey all.. Very glad to be on here. I recently crashed my black and yellow R125 and am now fully recovered. The right side is rufled up... the brake lever is severly bent.. the gear lever is slightlty bent also (i think the recovery done it) Also i have no more front indicators... THe side is grazed a lot... i thnk i got the worse of it Other than that.. the bike is as sexy as ever. Anybody in the central lodon area or a guardian PLEASE to help me grectify this for the sun which is streaming through the window. Iv been of work since, so my budget isnt too ohigh also. Just fitted a 33bhp restrictor kit myself that I got of someone who used to have their cat restricted The washers went into the inlet manifolds like they are meant to Went out a ride and in first gear it revved up to 12k. Is this normal? I know the washers are in there and they are for the thundercat I dont see how they could have came out though :S any ideas?? Cheers

Hi all. I'm planning on doing my full motorbike test this year, got my theory test in a few weeks. I can't make my mind up wether to do a restricted license or a direct access and was hoping for some advice. A massive part of me wants something a bit quicker than my ybr 125(not silly fast, but with the ability to overtake on A roads for example and do some more 'spirited' b road rides in the sun), but the sensible part thinks, 'stick to it for a another year or 2 and then move on once the restriction ends' (and make the most of the 120+ mpg average). I'm not daft enough to think that I won't end up in hospital at some point because of bikes but I know after passing my ca…

Anyone know what years will convert with a 2006 yz125ttr? I broke the kick start lever and the dealer wants $160...So I'm trying to find a used one. I found a 98' But I'm not sure if it will work... Thanks

I genuinely cannot believe it... I have fallen in love with the DT, Thus I'm keeping it! Past few days I've had it out and I've covered... 70.6 miles since the bike was taxed!! I'm incredibly pleased that I took OG's advice and kept sticking with it, I've now mastered the YPVS and it isn't lifting so much now. Today I went for a ride out with a friend who owns an Aprilia RX 125 2010 model that is Dyno proven to be 21.7 hp! The DT murdered it!!! Well just letting you guys know, after much enduring the bike is finally road legal! I want shot of the damn thing now... 4 stroke please!! I love the fact it's been insanely tuned and is rapid as fook but when I have the front wheel lift I want it to be because I made it happen not just because the bike is mental!! Worryingly it still has the standard gearing/sprockets and it tries to lift in 4th as well... I'm thinking maybe an XT or WR next lol great bike if you don't live in an area that is heavily policed but not worth my license! Shall list it over the weekend on ebay I think!! However...
