Hey peeps Would anyone be interested in some special edition Squires 2013 T-shirts? since it is the first time i will acutally be going there, i thought i could put in some creative effort and make it one to remember. I feel that there should be a theme to the shirts though, maybe a funny cartoon or something, would anyone be interested?

Hi guy's Never posted before but found a lot of useful advice on the forum. Anyway, I recently changed the main jet on my dt 125 (up from a 230 to a 250) now it just keeps flooding at idle, runs fine when being revved but every time it drops bellow about 2500rpm it just floods and cuts out. Does the main jet have any bearing on the idle? I personally didn't think it would as I thought the idle jet would take care of the idle, or am I just stupid lol Any help would be much appreciated Wade

you keep lists? my life is one long list of things to get done. it's good because you look back and it's a reminder especially when you have a poor memory like me but at the same time it is rather a relentless uphill slog to get on top of but great to tick off a few items - for the time being anyhow

Hi peeps. Have a quick question, i have about 4 V5Cs and a couple of V5 applications to send to DVLA, would i be able to put them all in the same envelope and write a single cheque for the total of £125, or would i have to send them each seperately and write a seperate cheque for all of them?. I really dont want them to fuck up and loose it all. so how best should i go about this?

Long time no post....been having fun on my 125DT which has taken a good number of years off me. My first bike so probably about to ask for real numpty questions. Bike has some rust on it as you would expect just wanted a heads up on what I should be doing to look after things. Wheels/Spokes - got rust. I have bough some wire brushes. Once I have got the rust off anything I should be coating them in? Any advice for getting off the rust. Frame - got rust - Again any advice for getting off the rust and what to do after. Presume should paint but wondered if there is any specific paint I should be avoiding or getting Chain - I got chain lube which I apply when the …

Well now, after the "compromise" with my other half to get a baby dragstar 125, I awoke to the blissful sound of...."baby, for the same price as a decent 125 we can get the 650, and seeing as you can't patch in while on a 125, wouldn't it make more sense to just get the 650?, you should get some insurance quotes today" My grin? Bigger than the new 650 I'm about to buy!!!! All smiles and fucking rainbows people!!!!

So then, I've found my next bike! Sadly it isn't a Yammy. For some reason I almost fear saying what it is... Bikes are such a personal preference, with people having such strong views. But hey-ho... I'm getting a Tiger 800 (road going version, not the XC). So why am I going for such a mans bike?! Ha ha! Well simply put, I like adventure bikes. I used to pillion on my ex's Africa Twin, and there's something about them that I like. His bike had a "do it all" persona. I looked around at Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, KTM and obviously Triumph. From previous posts, some may know I originally settled on a Kawasaki ER-6f, but changed my mind because: 1. Rode a …

Just wondering if anyone has ever used either a spike air filter or a hypercharger with the butterfly valves as I can't decide on which one to go for and could use a bit of feedback, I know that they aren't really gonna do much power wise and its mainly for looks and to add a bit of depth to the exhaust note but still interested to here owners opinions on things like probs with the hypercharger in the rain and if either of them push your leg out too far for comfort etc, thanks.

Hey peeps. Since the old man can no longer fit behind the fireblade tank, he has decided to go for something a bit more docile, and seeing as i am on a riders policy with MCE i went with him to pick it up and here it is: Also has a full set of luggage with it, lots of toys, rode it 120 miles back home and felt fine when i got off, not like on the fireblade!

Well today I went out for a good ride. not too exciting you might say but it is the first real ride on my own bike since passing my test on Monday. I did a short trip on Wednesday but the rain stopped play so this is my first 'real ride' I set off around town taking my time and getting used to the different balance of the Virago to the ER6 that I had taken my tests on so my corners were a bit slow to start with. I then headed out of town on some of the country roads while the weather was fine. After a few miles I found I started to relax more and my gear changing got smoother. The Virago is no R1 and is pretty sedate which is fine for me and I soon found I was acceleratin…

Just had the latest update from VOSA Department for Transport have recently announced that fixed penalty levels are expected to increase from July 2013. The changes are being introduced following an extensive public consultation which took place in 2012 with the road safety groups and Police forces. As well as affecting most motoring fixed penalties offences, graduated fixed penalties and financial deposits will also increase due to the changes. This will mainly affect commercial goods and passenger carrying vehicles, and includes offences like drivers’ hours and overloading. The changes are as follows; A £30 non-endorsable fine will rise to £50 A £60 en…

Ok guys, after a bit of a chat about the rims I'm looking for, I thought it would be easier for me to upload a few links so the people know what I'm actually talking about. Like I said in an earlier post ive only seen these wheels on bigger dragstars in Australia and none so far in uk show rooms so if anybody knows if they're available I the uk and available for 125 dragstars, give me a shout please. Cheers guys, all the best, Steve. http://i1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag36/sixsicksex666/image_zps2db831e8.jpg http://i1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag36/sixsicksex666/image_zps1072b0c6.jpg http://i1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag36/sixsicksex666/image_zps75e763e6.jpg

Ok so as some of you know I have "acquired" a couple of Suzuki bikes from my local bike shop, will not go into the whole story but they both needed the fork seals doing, not an inconsiderable job on one bike let alone two, so as usual looked on YOUTUBE to see if there was anything special about Suzuki seals that might bite me on the arse when I got them apart. Found a vid about a thing called "seal mate" bit of plastic you shove down inside the seal and it hooks the crap out "WITHOUT" taking the forks apart (this only works if the seals are ok but weeping slightly which most are) long story short I made my own out of a piece of plastic that came from the top of a take out…
