I didn't see a seperate area for introductions so here is mine : My name is Kevin, always have been a Yamaha fan. I currently have 2 Yams : 1979 XS750SF and 1982 XJ110J Maxim. Both were bought as dead, both were easy fixes. I currently ride the 750 while I do a good cleanup on the 1100, then it will be the other way around. I'm not sure which one I like more, but the sound of the 750 is my fav. Well I guess that is it for now, I hope to have some fun here.

Passed my DAS test on Friday and I'm on the hunt for a bike Having looked at Bandits & SV650s I've settled on a Fazer 600 - ideally a facelift 2002 model. Being new to the whole bike scene what should I look out for when buying one of these bikes? Is it worth getting it HPI'd and independantly inspected beforehand? Any other tips would be much appreciated!

We're opening our gites in Brittany this year and are hoping to get bikers to stay, It's a great place with quiet sweeping roads and spectacular scenery. I'm in the process off looking for places to advertise that will not cost a fortune, one very new online magazine wanted £200 just to be on their link !! Hi there hope someone can please help. I have just bought a 2002 yammy dragstar xvs 250. Very good condition, just had a full service with new plugs/etc. Everything was perfect for a few days and yesterday I managed to hit the on switch on the oxford heated grips as I left my bike standing. I came back about 2 hrs later and it wouldn't start, but a little red light on the oxford control was on so I knew I'd knocked it on previously. The electric start isn't working, just making a clicking sound. I bumped the bike and that works fine. So I picked up a battery charger and put the battery on for about 3 hours (it is the correct constant charger for the battery). I…
