Right, i know i dont come on here very much and i will do my best to come on here more. Right then, i am looking into taking my CBT, and then move on to the Standard Motorcycle A2 Licence, where i am rescrited to bikes of no more then 33bhp. I am 18 and passed my car test last year. I have been looking round on some websites at what i need to take and pass, and cam across a site saying "Riders holding a full car licence issued before 01/02/2001 are permitted to ride a 50cc moped on the road without taking a CBT. With a CBT, they can ride up to 125cc. Full car licence holders issued on or after 01/02/2001 must complete a CBT for both a 50cc moped and a 125cc m…

I just found a pair of these boots online and they look awesome. Its definitely got that classic look I'm interested in, but they are supposedly motocross boots (are they built to not take abuse from the road?). What classifies a motocross boot? They look like they are built well enough for the road too, but what do I know. Have any of you heard anything about these boots? I've always worn Sidi road cycling shoes, so I want to stick with their company and either way probably won't be let down if I get them or not. I was just curious what you guys think cause I can't find any info on them anywhere. Here's a pic:

RaceBikeManager is a fantasy league team management game for motorcycle race fans that was first introduced on the GixerJunkies web forum () at the start of the 2007 championship seasons. Launched as a free entry competition just for fun, word spread quickly via other bike forums and within weeks RaceBikeManager 2007 had attracted over 600 players. A limited number of sponsors kindly provided prizes for the winners but the real attraction for the competitors lay in the game itself. Mid way through the season, the game organisers made a low-key request for contributions to the Notts & Lincs Air Ambulance resulting in a total of over £500 being donated to this worthy ch…

Hi Just a quick question as I've never had a bike with a steering damper before this one... This might be obvious, but I assume setting it to maximum soft will make the bike like it has no damper on, i.e. like it is as standard...?? Just trying to find my feet with my new bike Thanks a lot

Just looking at anti-mist products for inside visors and they are damn expensive. Anyone have a cheaper solution (sic!) that I can use. I used to put neat washing up liquid in mine and polish up, but that doesn't work as well now for some reason. did a google search and a product called "Mr Min" was mentioned which is a silicon based furniture polish (not available in UK) so come on Yammy owners , spill the beans.........
