Driving back home from work tonight I had to come through a stretch of road leading up to a roundabout that's being extended.... In a distance of around 500 yards there are now no less than 23(!) road signs....... Doesn't sound much until you see them.... some are even within 15 feet of the back of another one..... an amazing mixture of old, new and temporary ones. Worst of it is, the roundabout has gone from a 2-lane to a 4-lane soon-to-be-signal controlled one. Deep joy. People are already treating the extra space like a speed track and totally ignoring the new markings....... Oh, and they've kindly reduced the speed from 70 down to 40 in the same stretch. Wonde…

DO NOT PAY THE FINE AND TAKE THE POINTS If anyone has been caught speeding while, riding up to being in or going out of "Road Works" on a public road in the UK, I may be able to help you get off, this has nothing to do with the NIP or who was or wasn't riding the bike. Just good old determination in fighting for my rights and justice in a country i considered i belonged to but now takes the p-ss and is run by incompetents with no backbone. just e mail your probs hpoe this can help someone

Hello all. I have a 83 yammy dt125 lc with some wiring issues that i cant seem to solve. When i indicate the main lights front and back slightly blink with the indicators. I dont think this will pass the mot as it looks like im flashing people to let them go while im indicating, also i dont really feel that im safe while its happening. i have had the haynes manual out and the wiring apart trying to find the fault but im not entirely sure what could be causing the problem. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this. A bit of history of the bike..... When i bought it the idicators were not connected. The flasher relay is new as the old was faulty. The left han…

We are finally in a position to announce that Unity rides again. This year Unity Ride promises to be the biggest charity motorcycle ride ever undertaken through the Capital. 15 members of the Metropolitan Police and 2 Paramedics will be assisted by 55 trained Unity Support Riders (USRs) to make sure this year’s event will also be the safest. Every year we give bikers a day out in London where the freedom of the city is ours, the Motorbike is king and we can enjoy the sights from a totally different perspective. No filtering through traffic and no stopping at all just a cruise with a 1000 or so other bikes enjoying Summer time in the Capital. The ride will take…
