HELP ME, they brought back the whisper, ive had about 7 in the last 3 days, im addicted HELP!!

I have an imported 03 plate fjr1300, at low revs and speed it becomes jerky coming on and off the throttle, some time ago I read about this and it had something to do with the bikes being recalled by Yamaha to the dealers for a quick fix. anyone know about this and can tall me more about it???

Hey all i have an 1100 custom , im wondering if i can switch the dry cable clutch to a wet clutch , anybody done this? any info or tips t how much i might have to undertake would be greatly appretiated , i suposed im spoiled been riding witha wet clutch for years and this dry clutch just isn't the same..... Hi everybody,first post so please be gentle,I have been fixing up an old (1989)xt600z tenere that had been slowly rotting away for the last 7 years and it just passed an M.O.T. today(yee ha)Might have a few questions so here's the first,the bike feels great and runs well apart from trying to engage neutral,is this normal for the bike?Any info on XT's will be gratefully accepted as it's my first bike with a dry sump, Cheers Andy

Hello all , new to this forum , been riding a honda for years now and just picked up an 01 v star the other day and well haven't gotten a manual in yet , so my really stupid question is since im not familiar with this bike , anyone know how the reserve works like is it connected to the main fuel tank or is there a separate fill point for it , my old bike they were just connected so im not realy sure as to how this is set up since i haven't found a point to fill a reseve any help would be greatly appretiated ive only had this bike for 2 days now, also any online diagrams or manuals would be awesome , no one here ( austin) seems to have it in stock and mail order takes…

does anyone know what type of pattern exhaust or one from any other bike that would fit a cagiva roadster my lads latest project, waited three month for chain tensioner that never arrived from dealer or infact from italy,(made it myself in end) so don,t want to go down that route again. cheers Les

I've just bought a 1991 FZR600, which should be quick enough to make me smile, but not so mental it'll kick me in the nuts. I have just burnt a hole in my piston my FS1e and I am thinking it is to do with me putting in unleaded fuel with fully synthetic oil at a ratio of 40:1 does anybody know what it is meant to be? Cheers, Ross.

Does anybody have the wire diagram for this bike. First owner did some crazy stuff with the wiring and was hoping to fix it. Also, how can I tell what year this bike is to make sure I have a 81. I know on my Honda it's the 10 letter in the VIN. Thanks, stp1stp

Hi Yamaha riders.. I'm here posting to appeal for help. On Friday 20th, commuting to work down the M11 southbound towards London, I had an unscheduled off whilst filtering due to a stupid driver who pulled out in front of me. Dmg is not major but he is denying it was his fault. There was a yellow bike behind me. I believe it was a Yamaha. If this was you, please could you drop me an email to [email protected] No witnesses provided their details so it will be his word versus mine. There were a few bikes that stopped to make sure I was ok and a van. If any other person travels or commutes down the M11 and remembers what the traffic was like that day betw…
