I have just joined this site after buying a 2001 yamaha dragster 125. Its a beautiful maroon colour and has had little use in the last 10 years. Only 1600 on the clock. Its a massive cruiser for a 125 and I love "it" I want a name and I am open for ideas. Edit DDT: please do not ask for wanted items outside of the wanted section. John R

Hi All, Just purchased a 1978 AG175 in boxes, looks good, only surface rust, so should be easy resto. It came with a factory parts manual and a supplementary service manual for a AG175h which is the next year model [cdi ignition]. All this for $80aus. This will be my first full resto, but have been around bikes since 1969 when a cousin and I built a gobike with a pushbike and a 160cc Victa lawn mower engine. wassie

Hey there guys I have very recently (two days ago) passed my motorbike tests completely and gained my A2 licence and have chosen a xj600 pre-div. Heard a lot of good things about this forum and can't wait to get on the road (The bike is yet to be delivered ). It'll be my first bike ever let alone first big bike so I'm sort of glad that I need to get it restricted. Its red and has done 28k but for a 1992 bike I thought that was ok. Once again hello everyone!

Hi my name is jag I'm from Leeds united kingdom I'm 43 iv been riding for 13 years but only on a 50cc scooter, iv recently just passed my direct access 13/12/2013,because iv been wanting to get a proper bike. Iv been looking at the xj6fa for a while because I heard its a perfect for new riders and it's a every goof locking bike too. I bought my bike new April this year and I chose a blue because I liked the colour of it,since riding my bike iv clocked 3000 miles so far and love it it's so much out on the open roads, it's so much different from a scooter. Currently riding TDM 900 06 model and very happy I am with it. Had a fabulous summer riding throughouot wales and the south west for three weeks and never got wet! In all of my biking experience that's a personal record (been riding for 40 years). Those twin front brakes from the R1 are efficient stoppers, just dont pull them on too hard in the wet if you can avoid it.... Noticing more and more old bikers now and fewer young people taking to two wheels; its a shame , since bikers learn to read the road much better than car drivers and sometimes I think it shows in the sloppiness of some drivers today. Of course the bike test is much more difficult today and a course is …
