I know it probably won't be to many of y'all's taste, but I've picked up a '94 Diversion S 900 which will soon be getting a set of stabilizers (or a trike conversion, whichever way you look at it!) Reason being that I have a car licence, don't have a bike licence and would rather not ride a motorbike around my area due to idiot drivers. Plus I can't be bothered to do a bike test! LOL Oh, and it's called Sid the Trike! Here's some pics to enjoy! And having a bit of a play on it For those of you wondering why it's called Sid, my mate mark made a good point that the engine on the side looks like Sid the sloth from …

Just saying hello, been looking in here for a while now and thought I had better say hello otherwise would end up another anonymous name with no input. Got an xvs 125 drag not long ago, love it so far,2000 plate with just 7,000 on the clock. Was totally standard when I got it,I have only added panniers and drilled exhausts and put 2 tooth bigger front sprocket on,thats it . Not the fastest bike I have ever ridden but one of the finest looking 125`s on the road (in my opinion of course)

I have a 1960's yamaha 80cc bike, is red in color and has upswept pipe on right side. Fork tube covers are retangular in shape which I can find any pictures of bikes with these. Tank has round yamaha emblems, also throttle cable runs thru handlebars. I think its a 1965 YG1. Any help with what this bike is would be great. Thanks Ray

Hi All, I am no biker ! But my son who is 17 is... well was up until yesterday. In April I bought him a 2012 125 yzf R something ! Anyway yesterday he crashed it but only on tarmac and was not too badly hurt thank god. Its going to cost me 1500 just to get the bike rideable with out having the cosmetic stuff done. Dealership is offering me 200.00 scrap its only done 6000 miles and I paid cash for it 4,300 4 months ago. I can't afford to fix it . What do I do Oh and its only 3rd party insurance...the bile is not under any claims or finance Thanks Jen PS just to be on the safe side i put it on ebay for 24 hours at £300

hi folks. just getting back into bikes at the grand old age of almost fifty, last rode a bike in 1982, never bothered to pass my test back then, was quite happy to tottle around on my gt 250, wish i had after disovering all about the hoops they expect you to jump through to get back on the road, just done my CBT and have started direct access, must admit though, thoroughly enjoying myself and love being back on two wheels.

Hey Everyone. Well after looking for a long time for a very cheap dual sport bike project i got one. What I thought (or was told) was a 1983 DT125 turned out to be a 1986 DT50. It is missing the top end so still trying to figure out what to do with it, 70cc big bore kit, different engine, or part it out and get something else. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and there is quite a population of riders here so really looking forward to getting involved. This will be my first dirt/dual bike. I have previously had a 1984 Honda Interceptor 750 and a 1980 Yamaha XS1100 road bike. My other toy is a 78 VW westy Camper which ironically carries a bike quite nicely if you take t…

Just bought my son his first bike. A used 2005 TTR 125. This is my first dirt bike in 35 years and I could use some advice on maintenance. Specifically, tightening and lubing the chain, cleaning and oiling the filter, chaning the oil (whick bolt is the drain?) and changing the spark plug. After I get that done, I want to focus on the drum brakes (front and rear). What do I look for there? Also, what octane of gas does it require? Source for a good manual? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
