Ive been looking for a tank bag for my MT125, its a plastic tank so your usual tank bag wont go on it. Does anyone here with a MT125 or a bike with a plastic tank have a tank bag thats any good?

Hey, when I had my bike it was missing a bolt on both sides but in the same place. Not sure what size bolt I need, does anyone here know? I have attached an image showing where the bolts are, need the one I have labelled "Size?". Also, the hole in the panel doesn't seem to align very good to where the bolt should go, is this because the other bolts I have put in are too tight and needs to wiggle room?

Hey, i want to do some cosmetic changes, but I don't want to mess up any of the original parts. Is there somewhere I can get for example cheap side panels, can't get them any cheaper than £60 or so, can't justify paying that for a piece of plastic, hell i'd prefer buy a 3d printer before I payed that and make my own lol.

My R1 (2000 5JJ) as recently developed a fault causing a misfire at low Revs. When I have had it MOT'd it was Serviced, Oil filter and Plugs since then its been fine. But today took my bike for a quick spin and it feels like its misifring. up to about 4-5k if on main roads it runs like a dream just seems to do it round town. I have taken the tank off and the HT leads feel firmly in place, but I had noticed some petrol coming out the overflow by the side stand. I am good at fixing things just not at diagonising issues. Has anyone got any ideas as too what could be the issue. Thanks in Advance

Hoping someone can help me, I have had my R1 (2000 5JJ) for many years and recently decided to get it back on the road. Unknown to me when I bought it, that it was an import, meaning the headlights dip the worng way. How it passed previous MOTs I dont know. Before I go a source a 2nd hand pair is it possible for them to dip the correct way, if not and I have to buy a 2nd hand pair how can i tell by looking at them that they are UK headlights. Hey, thinking of just getting a BIT more power out of my bike, not for being silly with and more speed, but maybe give me the ability get out of a situation when doing 50MPH or something. My mate is a a mechanic and thinks an air filter, and exhaust might give me about 10 extra HP. Can anyone recommend any exhausts which give the bike a bit more power and maybe sound a bit deeper? And an air filter which gives it more power by letting more oxygen in ?

Found one hanging next to the rear brake switch. Has a round crimped terminal on the end of it. Looks to attach to crank case but can't find any obvious location Bike runs fine and charges ok, but any extra electrical draw when at idle causes a slight change to the tone of the fuel pump. Touching earth against frame or engine makes no difference

Well it looks like I was charged well over the odds for my bike! I came to try and sell it and I was expecting to take a bit of a loss maybe £1000 after having owned the bike for about 9 months but no! In fact the value of it is less than half of what I paid for it, £2200 so I would be losing £2600 in 9 months for a bike that was second hand when I bought it! Hi, i am Milan form Serbia, i bought my yamaha 1 week ago, and it have some problems that i cant solve.. First.. It cant start with electric start, only on push, on push it starts in 1meter, it has spark when i press electric starter button, but i goes to 400RPM and it cant start.. i boungt new battery today, but same.. Second.. Fuel leaks from left side under the stator, i opened it, and is leaks from the middle of engine, inside trough and under stator and magnet.. every time i open the fuel is starts to leak from under stator or crank case, i checked engine, and carb but there is no leaking from carb, and engine is dry on the top, it only leaks under the stator..…

Hi, Just leaving this for info. The XJ6 would cut out 2 or three times within 5 minutes of starting when I was changing up from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. Also the engine warning light (yellow) started to flicker. The mechanic could reproduce the engine cut out by "blipping" the throttle. He put the bike on the diagnostic computer and one of the sensors indicated a "pressure" problem (I think). The fault was a split vacuum hose in the fuel supply (?), shown up by some soapy water on the hose. The hose was replaced and since then no more cut outs or engine light. Regards, Clive

Greetings to all, I have to ask about reinstallation of the metal slide inside the lower fork tube and around the upper fork tube on a 1995 FZR600r. There are lots of places that talk about rebuilding the front forks, but when it comes to reassembly, no one ever mentions that part. It is on the parts drawing, and it came out with the upper fork tube during disassembly to replace the oil seal. Any and all help is appreciated. Best regards, Max

Hi guys, im new to this forum, in fact I'm new to my R6. Ive bought it to compete in Moto gymkhana in the Uk. Our sport mainly uses first gear, with out using the clutch, and we run a tick over of around 4000rpm to aid in acceleration. But because we have very tight turns and full lock rotations in the comp's we restrain the bike with the brakes it pulls the tick over down to 1000-1200 revs, so when I come off the brakes it should pick up, but it's not doing until it reaches 4000rpm So far I'm running 1 tooth down on the front, and 2 up on the rear. = +5 but until it gets over 4000rpm it runs very flat, and then all hell breaks out and…
