Hello everybody! I have recently passed my test, got myself a brand new XJ-600 Diversion S (Half faired) and I admire the bike so much…. But the thing is i'm not happy with the appearance completely. I want to do some changes to the bike, wether its subtle or not I cannot decide! So far I have put white reflective tape around the tire rim and considering tail tidy, getting a new exhaust & decals. Not sure what I want if i'm totally honest but I thought i'd bring it to the forum and see if there are any ideas that you guys have tried & have come out looking great! Any ideas please post back! I have a 61 plate YBR which has just started hunting between 1000-2000 rpm and then stalls. Any idea what can cause this? My local dealer has never heard of this happening before. It has done 530 miles from new and has always been garaged when not in use. Any help will be gratefully received.

Hi guys & gals (if there are any) Wonder if any one can shed any light on this I bought my bike a month or to ago but Over the last few weeks my gears have become very stiff and hard to change, clutch is fine, chain oiled and adjusted correctly, could this be bad oil or possibly something worse? Any help greatly appreciated

evening guys im after some info and pointers on fitting an aftermarket exhaust(currently looking at a termignoni)thais particular brand comes in 3 decibels the higher the decibel the cheaper the exhaust it seems..ranging from 80db to 102db. my finances dictates getting the cheaper louder one so what are the implications of a 102 db exhaust, will it be stupidly loud getting me unwanted blue light attention? is 102db road legal or will I need to fit the standard one when ever its due for mot? also taking out the db killer..good or bad idea? thanks guys )

The other day I was looking through some photos of old DT's and came across thing beauty, which looks like a DT but the front end quite confuses me in terms of model, anyway back to the point. There is this thing behind the seat that looks like a "seat extender" which in my view looks really good. Does anyone have any information regarding this chrome piece? Was is an option extra? And can it be fit for later model DT's like my '80 DT175MX? It really grabs my attention, and oh btw the rider's seat looks quite shorter. Photo below: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all, I own two Yamaha TT600's, one in rebuild the other running....well hmm sort of....anyway my issue is this, the bike starts easy, idles perfect but when going over 60km's per hour or when you start gunning it, the bike changes completely, she starts backfiring and gosh knows what else ....it really sounds like a timing issue when you rev itr high... Changed the following : CDI,coil, stator, carbs.....to no avail, i cannot understand this problem...building engines is a walk in the park but this bike is killing me lol Any comments would be highly appreciated.. Had a really good ride out today starting with a breakfast at a local bikers cafe and visiting a friends home. Got back home and gave the bike a good clean only to find a large nail in the front tyre! bummer! Curiosity got the better of me and I pulled it out....it had gone through! Still I suppose I was lucky it didn't happen on the road. Guess I will now have to take the wheel off and get it fixed.

Got some more reflective decals in today (Dunlop ones for my front forks) and had him make some visor strips as well, which turned out to be a little too big for the visor...so I stuck that on the back of my helmet along with a yamaha and dunlop decal, which are reflective. Should help increase visibility at night and maybe prevent someone rear ending me! Plus I think they look sweet. material is Avery Black Reflective Vinyl

I keep scoring these ridiculous deals on kijiji! Guess it helps I work from home and check the site like 10 times a day.... lol Latest deal is this Joe Rocket suit, awesome shape, seller said it was worn 6 times, looks like it too, it's mint. Knee sliders still look brand new! I'll have to do something about that come riding season.... Anyway, best part, I paid $100 CAD for this.

I've been tearing my house apart for the last 4 hours looking for my driving licence counterpart but no luck yet, I need it by next Thursday so not much chance of getting a copy by then so I'll just have to think of where I hid last, worst idea ever to have your licence in two half's neither is of little use on its own anyway
