Hi, I'm doing some work with the government on motorcycle road safety and had a few quick questions I'm hoping you can help with. What could car drivers do better to make the roads safer for motorcyclists? Where do you get riding tips from, other riders, forums, government advertising? List 5 words which would describe how you think car drivers see you? How would you like them to see you? What’s the best part about riding? What’s the best part of the riding community? If you could tell drivers 1 thing, what would it be? If you're in Australia, is there anything specific you'd like to add about road safety here? It'd be great if you can copy and paste the questions and…

I'm going to be moving in the new year and I need to think about storage for my bike(s). I want to get at least two more bikes on top of my WR. I want a 125 2T and a crosser for the weekends. I've been looking at the metal sheds you can buy and they seem to be the best option. I would imagine that they are really thin and easy to break into. Does anyone have one, or something similar?

Ok just for those that don't know, bought myself an FJ1200 a couple of weeks ago and I am in the process of tearing it down and refurbing it. So far I have 4 sheared bolts that the PO has kindly left me and now I have added 2 more in the stripping process, they all are sitting flush to the various mounts and things so nothing to grab hold of and was trying to think of the best way to get the buggers out, remember these are as rusty as F**K so they are not going to come out easy, thought that I might cut them with a slot with the Dremel and use some heat and plus gas to get them softened up but other than that open to suggestions. I have a welder so could try welding a bol…

I just picked up an 89 FZR1000R for £250. Needs some work, but all there. Got loads of EXUP parts so plan to have it on the road march-ish. got a lovely SP Engineering end can on it, a new chain (still in the packaging), 2 new tyres, had oil and filter before being taken off the road, blokes back has gone. They are starting to appreciate, so hopefully fix up the top fairing (i have the same one, unpainted, someone gave me), insure it (£98 with no NCB) and have a usable classic. The only worry is my garage is now full to the brim....

Hi guys. I've noticed my bike doesn't have a carb because it's a fuel injection engine. Can someone explain the pros and cons (is this why I can't find a choke?) btw the bike is going really well. I'm finding surprises on it everyday. I'm really impressed with all the quality parts for example the Brembo brakes are amazing, they are nearly too good.

Merry Christmas to one and all. Can anyone advise the mechanics of the oil level warning light - ie what is the mechanism for making it come on. Mine has started to come on even though the oil reservoir is full.
