I am an owner of an MT 03 bike. i would like to know if anyone can help me how i can reset the mainbrain of this bike.

I am by no means an experienced rider, but lets say I want to live all the "in at the deep end" "road adventure" cliches, and lets say I want to that with a 1995 RXS100... ...Now someone tell me how unrealistic i'm being! Otherwise, anyone with any long term, long distance experience with an RXS100 could put me straight on the pros and cons of attempting to ride the thing as far as, perhaps, Switzerland and back. The adventure may or may not start here?!

Whoo hoo. Did my 2 hour lesson with Andy from IRT today and loved it all. Soooo busy learning I had no flippin time to let me nerves take over. Nice to know even the experts aren't always perfect though. He kept nicking my YBR125 to demo stuff at the off road site where we started off (think it made him larf as he's all long and lanky and did look pretty funny) and he caught neutral going up from 1st to 2nd which I do too often for my liking. I find I have to make sure I've rolled the throttle totally off and kick like mad on the shifter but it's getting better. We then set off via Sproughton, Chantry & Stoke Park with the [got to be done] stop at Orwell…

Hows it going? Anyway, thought i'd join up as its handy with owning a Yamaha i guess Hers my TTR250 anyway Its my bike i use for rally's(enduro's) and general off road sillyness. I also have a Triumph Tiger and a couple of old 70's Suzuki TS250's. I wont bore you anymore here. Seeya all later

My Boss (not the wife, but the 1 who sign's my paycheck) told me I had an extra 8 hours of work to get down over the weekend.......So I went to work @ 4am Saturday so I could finish by noon & have the rest of my weekend Free'd up. Was out the door @ 6am on Sunday for a ride along the Clackamas river again..... Never get tired of this area..... Got found memories of railin' on my RD up here ...... This is what you see just over that guardrail ...... My timing seemed to be impeccable......as there was NO traffic to speak of!....Even though the campgrounds were all full!......Most peeps musta been sleeping off their overhangs…

hi all, i presently own a fazer 600, im looking at stepping up to the 1000, but i here there has been some problems with the setting up of the front suspention and so on, is this true, if it is , is it easily sortable? or do i need to steer clear. cheers , keith

i am trying to find out how to repair my fork seals. they seem to be leaking. how can i reseal and repair my forks? i am also wondering if it would be worth it to get forks from a newer bike so i could have disc brakes. is that possible? what would be best in the end? also, where is the best place to find used parts for this bike? it is a 1982 yamaha xt 550. thanks to all for help and suggestions.

Hello, this is my first post here so hi! I just bought a V Star 1100 this weekend. My first bike. Congrats to me! Anyway, a tip to the wise. Don't buy a bike at the begining of a long holiday weekend. You have no plates and you will be tormented because you can't legally get out on the road! Believe me, it was a little rough on me mentally! Well, I drove from Cleveland to Cincinnati Ohio with a plate on Saturday. I had my dad covering my tail as we blew by about 6 cops. Then bit my lip on Sunday and just drove it a couple of miles but I had to take it out today since it was nice and we went to a family cookout. So there I was breaking the law. Naug…

My 01 R1 is now on 19000 miles and is rather stone chipped ive decided i want a respray. Now the question is do i get it resprayed in the original blue or as next year James Toseland is in motogp on a yam, do i wait and get the tech 3 paint job?????? Hi everyone, just found the site and fairly new to biking so hoping I can pick some brains from time to time. I have an xj900 divi which is in great nick for the year but the fuel gauge has packed in - not the end of the world, but wondered if there's an easy fix?
