hi folks, ive had my 600 genesis for about two months now and cant find a haynes manual anywere. I want to replace the Dip buld with something abit brighter as it is dull but not sure what bulb to put in???? I was also wondering if anyone has had a manual override switch put in for the cooling fan? Mine goes up to 95 and still dosnt come on, not sure what to check for because the only manual i have is for us models and has very little about Uk 600s

Hello everyone, another question again from here in belgium... I found these nice slash cut end pieces for the stock exhaust on the dragstar 650. https://www.polo-motorrad.de/de/k-02-endstuck-slashcut-rechts.html. Now my question is, how does these attach, and does that mean the end damper of the stock exhaust has to be removed? I want besides the looks a bit bigger sound, but not too loud. first idea was to drill few holes through the end plate, as i read here has a good effect. But with these slash cut's, does it mean the end plate ot the stock exhaust has to go? Anybody experience with this? thanks a lot Peter

I'm going to go ahead and assume that the exhaust valves are on the front of the engine, and the intake ones are facing the carbs. However, assuming doesn't always work out so well, so can someone confirm this for me. Thanks.

First off, hi, new to the site, I have just bought a DT125R, 2001 model, that I bought froma friend who bought it as a non runner, sharted restoring it, sat in his garage 2 years and gave up lol, so, I have taken on the challange and so far so good, however, the rear caliper is seized, and he has broke it trying to remove it, can anyone recommend any dedicated breakers that specialise in DTR's etc? or does anyone know how much the cost of one would be new???

  14. I'm off on a bit of a rant here so bear with me Whilst I know many people have experience on their bikes and can work on them I find it amazing when people seem to just sit there and just say "it won't go" and alot of my friends who have problems who have no experience are totally reluctant to go and get their bikes fixed and I can accept were 16 and have little money but still is it not true that we can't afford to cut corners and bodge everything so that our bikes are being held together by duct tape (which one of my friends bikes is) this issue just seems to keep coming to light and I would like to know why so many people are just so reluctant to ask for help? Is…

  18. So, I've been keeping up with George R. R. Martin's journal updates. It seems that the casting for HBO's show based on his book series, A Song of Ice and Fire, is coming along rather well. Most of the people on here probably recognize the actors better than myself, as they are all British. I believe they're building a mock castle for the series somewhere outside of Belfast. Anyway, if you know the series you can check out the updates here:

Two whales, a male and a female, were swimming side by side in the ocean. Suddenly, the male whale spots a ship in the distance. He recognises it as The whaling ship that killed his father. Filled with anger, he says to his female companion, "That's the ship that Killed my father! Let's swim closer!" When they were close enough, the male said, "Why don't we swim under the Ship and blow air through our blow holes and break the ship into a million Pieces? That will be sweet revenge." And the female agreed to this. So they each took a deep breath of air, swam under the ship, and blew Enormous amounts of air under the ship. The ship flew into the air and Cra…
