Did another track day a couple of weeks ago Snetterton 300 a fantastic track,The XJ is so much fun .Fitted a tail tidy,front fender extender and some LED incators. Also a set of roller adjust levers.

How Do All So i finally bagged an engine to go with my xs650 chasis :-) , anyone else here into their xs650's im looking to build a flat tracker special , so looking to shoot the breeze so to speak with fellow xs650 heads , hope you are all enjoying the weather . weegiboy :-)

Not much to say, however a picture paints a thousand words or so they say.... I don't really have much experience in bikes as such. It just strikes me as a little strange to have pipes exposed at such length with no apparent destination. If they are breather pipes, I would have though they would be tucked away a little better. Somewhat concerned of course, given it's our son's road bike. Reassurance or advice welcomed! Thanks.

Hi Guys Not sure how to Post problems this the 3rd time i've tried looking for info on Handlebar Risers for XVS 1300 Midnight Star has anybody tried to fit them ? found a USA site Roxspeed fc 2" rise 2" pullback any info on these ?

I know in a previous post (to anybody that may have seen it) I mentioned I had an XJ600, but the truth is: I hadn't bought it yet, somebody was just waiting for me to buy it off them. HOWEVER, I now have it and it's all legally mine and shizz. I'd like to know what you all think of it. I paid £400 for it. It's on a 2000 plate (X Reg). It has Black touring fairing (as seen in the pictures). It has a Nexus exhaust and it also has heated grips. So, opinions?

Got hold of some Dunlop GeoMax Enduro tyres, but need to know if they will fit! Front looks like it will be ok, rear im not too sure on, but think its probably possible running road pressures, off road im not so sure! Front: 90/90 - 21 Rear: 140/80 - 18 Anyone have any ideas?

Hi all after been told to trace the wires back from my temp/rev counter back to a sensor that may need cleaning i havent managed to do it any idea where this sensor is as the gauges arnt working and it could be due to that, iv been told. (1992 fzr 600) any help is good many thanks

So here is the scene. Riding at 3am on a Thursday morning, clear road, good conditions and good lighting. Hardly anyone on the road. Fuelled up, necked a red bull and was feeling awake and alert. So riding in a 30 mph zone, through a small village, rounded a bend and OH HELLO CAR, YOU ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!, so much so he even was head on with me as I was as far left as I could go!!! I just bought a 1979 SX1100 and i'm having a problem with the charging system. It wont hold a charge for very long. Is there a way to fix this. And where do i start.... Thanks.

Hi, I am looking for some advice on a problem with my motorbike.... it has never run correctly and the problem has gone from bad to worse! I bought a 1995 FZR600 a year ago and on the first outing it had a spluttering issue at about 7000 rpm. If you keep the power in it broke through it and then carried on revving okish. I contacted the guy I bought it from and he said "the bike has been sitting for a while so old fuel and/or blockage in the carbs could be the problem". Anyway I lived with the problem for a few hundred miles until one day it went from 4 cylinders to 2 and I crawled to my local bike mechanic. So, as I've mentioned in my intro I'm looking to grab me a 125 Dragstar soon as I have enough money for it, insurance and a helmet and the CBT. Just wandered if there is any advice people might give on this? I'll give a little explanation. I've a good idea of the basics of how to ride a bike but I guess experience is always the way forward. I'm looking for anyone/everyone's two cents on how to go about getting my CBT, is my choice of bike appropriate, how easy it is to go through the tests etc (in terms of best time frame to do it in) Been driving a car 4 years, no problems, quite comfortable.
