Yesterday an annoying "feedback" tab appeared at the side of my browser when i logged onto the site and won't go away - it might go away if i leave "feeback" but i dont want to and am a tad pissed off i cant get rid of this annoying addition to the forum. And today - as if by magic - we have adverts at the top! Along with the MASSIVE signatures some members feel the need to have its all very distracting. Whats going on then?

It didn't go off as planned......The boss gave my the ultimatum on Saturday afternoon.....told me I had to take my bike trip across Oregon NOW or not @ all!......Still don't know WTF is going on between her ears!! So, had to prep for long ride in 2 hours vs. the 2 days I had planned on.... Bike maintenence, packing of camping gear.....in that short of time, there was bound to be something I'd forget! & sure as Sh*t, there was......my raingear......spent 3 days dodging T-storms & fighting uncommonly high humidity for the Desert terrain I encountered. I know its not a yamaha but is this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...A:IT&ih=015 a decent bike? It is for learning on and as a cheap commuter. What do you think it is worth. Also is the rear shock easy to change? Cheers

Had a 2008 FZ1 Fazer for about 1 month and previous bike had Givi monorack and topbox. So today new Givi monorack and plate fitted to fazer. I notice Givi whilst not explaining why say monoraqck only with MSM plate-whatever that is? Upshot my old case doesn't fit but oddly 'proper' yamaha topbox off wifes FZ6 fits OK!! So it appears to accommodate the yamaha boxes. Does anyone know about this and what other than Yam and Givi boxes will fit? Preferably cheaper ones as i only use the box twice a year. Thanks.

Hi everyone I was hoping today was going to be a happy day for me but not to be. I had my test this morning at 9.40 and all week doing my das course I was getting on great but yesterday for some reason I couldn't get my u-turns, today however I was at the training school at 7 am and I practiced until it fell into place. Then when I started my test I couldn't beleive how smoothly it went, all my manouvers were perfect until 10 minutes to go I stalled the bike at a junction, the bike was in second I was sure I had it in first and I ran over the give way and he failed me boohoo. Apart from theat I got one other minor fault.......Gutted absolutely gutted.

Hello, I've just bought my first bike. A 1976 RD400. I took it for a test drive and if felt great. There are some small problems to work out though. When you turn the ignition in the on position, the tail light comes on. Then when you signal, sometimes the blinker will stay solid. The signals I'm not sure if that's an actual problem, the tail light I now it is. If anyone knows about a few of these problems then I would really appreciate your kind help. Thank you

Just wondering what mileage other R6 riders get to a tank? My 07 R6 only gives me about 120 miles of fairly leisurely town riding before the petrol light comes on, and according to the Yamaha manual, it's only got about 15 or so miles in reserve. Seems odd, cos my last Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 with a bigger engine gave me at about 160 miles to a tank (which was no bigger than the R6's). What year you on and what d'ya get?!?
