My wife turned up to do her CBT today and was told as the instructor had run out of certificates it would be illegal for her to do her training is this right? Last time she went to do it instead of a 125 commuter bike she was give a 50cc trials bike which had seen better days and the tax had expired in may.

Just looking at getting a ybr 125 had a look at 2 bikes today one with a looks like factory short screen and one without, whats the deference? is the one with screen an import? if so would you still get parts ok? Thankyou Rob.

Well, I thought I posted this but I guess it got lost. I attemted to add an avatar by going to My Photobucket "Copy" the picture, went to My Controls, Edit Avatar and "Paste" in the area for the picture. It didn't work so I'm missing something and being fuzzy headed doesn't help.. Thanks for your help..

Hello all, I have recently purchased a 1987 TZR 250 that has just been put back together as a on road bike from being tracked. After each run out on it one of the spark plugs goes down. I have reduced the in tack mix to 110mm of comp2 oil per galon of petrol, as the bike running too rich would be the first obvious diagnosis. However this does not seem to have made any difference. Still eating those plugs ! A couple of people have told me that the coils may need replacing, and if i am to replace them i should replace them with Dyna coils to also act as a performance up grade. Apparently i need to give the supplier the ohms rating in order for them to be matched up. …

I have recently brought an rd 350lc and it runs on premix but i am unsure of the ratio of oil to petrol i should be useing ?? it is a standard set up. Can anyone please help as i dont want to ruin my engine by running it with to much or too little 2 stroke oil. Does anyone no the standard factory mixture ratio ?? thanks george

hi everyone i was trying to put the speedo onto my dt125x..with the small black 3 pin plug..but when i turned on ignition the oil light & neutrel light went on but speedo didnt light up..can the speedo be opened & is there a bulb that can be changed or do i have to get a new speedo..cheera alza

hi everyone. bought this fuel tank for my Yamaha DT50MX but it doesn't seem to fit (it overhangs the frame too much and catches on the exhaust expansion chamber. the blue tank in the pic is the one from my DT50MX, maybe someone could help identify the black tank? im pretty sure its from a trials bike as it looks remotely like a Suzuki TS tank.

Can anyone tell me the difference between Vance & Hines "Cruzers" exhaust and "Straightshots"? I'm looking for some pipes that will give me the really powerful sound but not "too" loud - I'm about to get a Dragstar 650 Classic. Any other recommendations? Thanks.
