Does anybody know where I get a set of restricting washers for a 1994-5 Yamaha FZR600 or Thundercat. Alternately does any body have a set they do not need any more, or kindly measure them for me so I can make some. Any help would be appreciated .

hi guys and gals: Q1 == now am i being a bit thick or is the oil filter on my xjr hiding from me? Q2 == is there any way that i can tell if there is an ignition advancer on the beastie? It has an akroprovic can on it and sems to pull like a train but ive only done a couple of hundred miles on it; Q3 == with a mileage of just over 5000 and a set of battleaxes on it (it had the rear when i bought it and was given a front which i had fitted) the rear looks a bit shot am i looking a changing tyres so quickly? thanks for your help

What is the main jet screw suppose to be set at on these carbs! im dumping to much gas in my cylinders! pulled old plugs, that i just put in, and they were soking wet! Right now they r set at 2 turns out! Any got a manual that can help me out! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

My 2007 VSTAR 1300 Tourer is vibrating during excelleration.If I'm crusing at @ 100km/hr and want to pass someone my bike shakes enough to make my mirrors and vision distorted.This seems excessive to me.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My bikes unfortunately missing the pillion footrests and I'm currently looking for a pair. Just got off the phone to a breakers but they want £40 + VAT which seems a bit steep to me. Does anyone know of anywhere I could get some aftermarket ones? Or the size I'd be looking for (not at home so can't measure the fixings). Cheers TQ

to start off im new here, this is my first post.. so if im posting in the wrong area or anything, i apologize ahead of time anyways, i just recently got a free 1976 xs360, with 6,xxx miles. the bike was sitting in a garage for over 10yrs... but it seems to be in farely good shape.. almost no rust, paint/decals are in amazing condition and the tires even "seem" to be alright. the lady also said it ran fine when it got put away. i knew it wouldnt fire, so i didnt even try... ive already went ahead and cleaned the gas tank out, removed the battery, pulled the plugs and changed the oil. i figure itll need the carbs cleaned also... just wondering what else i should do befor…

Has anyone got ideas why the coolant is mixing with the gear oil i just put in my tzr as i cant source the problem thanks lloydy tzr 125

any help would be great on this im about to buy a 1992 tzr 125 half faired back sides do these come half faired back in the day or fully faired ? also if they did do half faired will the rest of the full fairing fit on it ?? going to pick bike up tommorow any help would be great got told it was restricted aswell any easy derestricts ??? decent cans etc etc

Hi all. Was looking on ebay for parts for my 3HE FZR600. A vendor has what i'm looking for but says its for a 3TJ model. Whats the difference between these? Listing states the right year for my bike, but the Yamaha part number given for reference only starts 3TJ. All help greatly appreciated.

New to yamaha club. Bought my first bike last year an 02 r1 and I need a steering g stabilizer. What's a few good choices?

Ihave a rather annoying problem with my Yamaha FZR 1000 EXUP it stalls at 4000rpm and i have gone through ta exhaust valve and the servomotor and ruled them both out. Maybee its the cid ignition but before i go out to buy a new one i would like to hear from anyone who has had similar problem and on how they fixed it. Someone told me it also could be the ignition coil. Hope to hear from someone qualified Ron

I am new to the owners club. I have a 94 XV1100 the back taillights and blinkers wont work. After getting the bike running the headlight went out. So i jumped a wire to the headlight and back lights everything was fine till I reinstalled the battery case and seat. Then the bikes headlight came back on as normal but the bike will not start again. Any help would be much appreciated Kris
