I think I paid £5 for a ticket and you get 2 sessions with the same era bikes for 20 mins then a free for al lat the end (no way hose!) great to see the old bike, motos and 50's strutting their stuff The Show With Go is happening again on the 29th of June. Its in the early planning stages and the website isn't up and running yet. there is a a facebook page with info which will be updated. 11. Hey there peeps!, That time of year is nearly here when I can celebrate another year of surviving!, and since Loomies is close down shortly after I feel it'd be rather nice to go visit them one final time before they cease trading for good. Also, there's a rat bike review at Ace cafe, and I've never been to the ace cafe before so why not do that aswell! Anyone interested in a rideout? Loomies to ace and stuff

  13. Started by meatloaf,

Havn't been out on the bike for a while, the last time out it pissed down and my arse and balls got soaked. So popped out today to get some waterproof trousers. It was only about a 20 minute ride but it was nice to get out while the sun was shinning. Came home the long way via the Pirbright bends which I haven't been on since I stopped commuting several years ago. No trafic on the roads brilliant, and I used to be lucky enough to ride these bends 5 days a week for about 15 years. I need to do this more often.

  18. Started by g1hsg,

I decided to take today off as the forecast looked very promising, if a bit colder than of late. Along M65 to J13 and then A682 to Long Preston, A65 to Kirkby Lonsdale (plenty of bikes parked by the brew wagon in the car park next to the bridge) then along the A683 to Sedbergh where I stopped for lunch in glorious sunshine. A684 to Hawes and cut back along the B6255 to Ribblehead where I got some nice shots of the bike with the Ribblehead Viaduct in the background. Back to Settle via Horton in Ribblesdale and retraced my steps home via the A65/A682/M65. Home for tea and the discovery that my phone with all todays pictures is on the road somewhere between Ribblehead and ho…
