I have posted a help add earlier and no one responded to it i wished that people would be cause seeing as how this is my first bike that i have ever owned i want it to be a good one that will last me a while one that i won't grow out of or give up on. I not one of those posers who goes out and get the fancy expensive riding gear and all that and a new bike. 1 I can't afford all that plus …

Hi All, This week I am taking my class I test in Glos so to get there I took the covers off the Divi and ran it the 40 or so miles from here (Worcestershire) to there (Glos) as usual it didn't like the winter lay off but on the way back ran as it should but as a note to others don't forget if youur bike has 'been to bed for the winter' don't forget to check the tyre pressures and if any of the calipers have siezed up. I didn't have these problems but as I was running down the M5 I had to recollect if I had checked these items out ... or not ! Well the Class I went ok (only managed 1 snafu) but as the test is on Friday I have a bit of work to do remembering how t…

Heres one for the hardcore among us... I bought a voltage regulator off fleabay for my FZR, old was is on the fritz. New one is shown in pic. but there are a few characters different compared to the original Old one reads:- 47X-A2 SH569A-12 T4.D 261 Anyone know what the difference is? Will this one work ok or could this be part of the cause of my ongoing problems? The listing def stated that item was from an early 90's FZR600.

Does anyone know how to get a light scuff mark out of the rear plastic, I caught it with my boot getting off the bike over the weekend, and being gloss black looks worse than it really is, any ideas?

Hi all, Thought I let you all know about a good find that i've had. If anyones after a new set of leathers for the summer i'd try Cissbury Leathers in Findon, West Sussex. I've just got hold of a brand new RST race suit for £200. Granted it's last years model but who cares right?????? They were £400 last year and i've looked all over the net and the closet thing to them is £300. They've got various colours. Also got a pair of RST GP race gloves for £42 (reduced from £70ish). Interested...... it's www.cissburyleathers.co.uk Cheers, Foxy

My pride and joy has been stolen from East London last night, only 3 weeks old! BLACK AND GOLD, REG: EY09UUH. 500miles on the clock. I doubt it will be found but I thought its worth a try posting the info. I dont know how they hell they took it. Alarm, cover, chain, must have been lifted. Anyone else suffered from this?

Hello all, Just joined the site after purchasing my 2009 R6 last week. It should be ready for collection after they fit the alarm and R&G tail tidy (obligatory purchase). Then all I need to do is bed the motor in and i'll be ready for the summer. I'm dying to get other bits for the bike but fear a divorce will come after it took me 2 years to convince the wife that I NEEDED a brand new bike. Stay safe, Foxy

What a girl! A proper birthday present, better than the new spray job for me bike that was classed as "timed out" by the time i got it done. Silverstone at the end of April. With me mates, camping the night before, should be a laff. Its the national circuit, to tell the truth i havent got a clue where the track goes except for Bridge, Luffield and the straight, anyone know where i can find the track layout for the Nash Circuit. Its strange, there are other tracks that ive never ridden on that i know where they go, but not Silverstone.

Wicked big pat on the back for the Brit team with a Brit car with a Brit driver and Brit sponser. Bout kin time big pat on the back for Jensen wicked drive, the new rules have made things much better than it was recently. You really couldnt gaurantee where anybody would be. There were drivers making errors cos the cars are harder to drive but more overtaking with the 'Boost' button. I'm actually looking foreward to the next one. Edit. Er sorry seem to have gone a bit 'wicked crazy' on this post. Guess i'm a bit of a patriot at heart.

I have a 72 yamaha LT2 enduro that I bought two weeks ago for 550. I thought that it was in great shape but I keep finding more and more things wrong with it. It had a wiring issue and the headlight would not work, also it had no battery. I fixed both of those issues. Then it had poor compression and died when it was idling. I dealt with those and now I found that my piston rings are gone. Both were broken and in the exhaust pipe. I have ordered new ones for 20.00 and a new piston for 45.00. My question is when is enough enough. How long should I go on replacing things like this and do y'all think it is likely that things are going to keep cropping up this often? Keep in …
