Hey I'd love to know if anyone's been to the Iron Horse in Market Deeping. I went the other day it's fantastic, it's owned by bikers for bikers, friendly bunch live music... Food is astonishing... I mean really!! If anyone's up for a run down I'll have a look at what's on. They regularly have in excess of 300 bikes there from tractor owners clubs to crotch rocket pilots to average Joe.

Hi there I am trying to restore a Yamaha dt400, the throttle cable needs replacing as it has snapped near the handlebar, I have purchased the upper throttle section and wondered if anyone new how to join this to the two lower sections? Thanks Mike

Had a good ride out today to Squires cafe. It is the first time I had been after hearing so much about it and have to admit it was worth the ride. It was advertised as a 2T day and there certainly was a few there along with some stunning bikes. I did have a bit of an embarrassing moment as I arrived as I pulled up in the second parking area which is on a steep slope and as I tried pulling the bike backwards into a parking space up the hill I fell over with the bike! Luckily no damage only my pride and someone came to my aid to lift it again. My mate couldn't help as he was still holding his bike on the brake waiting to park. Sods law I suppose. Been looking in to this a fair bit lately now that I have the FJ to do the miles on, and was wondering how I can actually go about getting insurance cover for places outside of the EU and further afield. Afaik my policy with swinton covers UK and NI with a months free European cover, but that's about it, is it a specialist broker thing?

I am looking to get a Yamaha sportbike, something early 90's, as I have a bit of a growing itch for speed which my dream bike just can't scratch. So I bought my brand new 2014 YZF-R125 now the first couple hundred miles have been great and smooth, but recently the gearbox has refused to go into third... It's not jumping it just won't go in.... I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or if there's a problem. It gears up and down fine in every gear apart from 2nd into 3rd. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Well the time has come to sell the XJ, had it for nearly 4 years now and will be sad to see it go but has anyone any idea about what it might be worth? Just asking cos as some of you know I rebuilt it about 4 years ago and it has all been done, looked on EBAY and even looked at Google but they are becoming pretty rare now and this one is fully finished and even has tax and test on it.
