I went to the Ace Cafe Honda Day !! Just to show off my truly great bike, really nice day scorching weather the A40 was clear all the way in, some great bikes to be seen all sorts turned up including Monkey Bikes that were totally brilliant, there must of been about 30 of them they all took off and the noise was unbelievable !! Race Cans and allsorts added to these liitle monsters !!

Watched a Tuning Company give a couple of bikes some real stick they are a diagnostic bike Company and they put the bikes on a static ramp and gear them up to the max quite a show !

Just opened a bottle of wine planning tomorrows ride out hopefully the weather is just as fanstatic so come on them :Dwhere have you been ???

Spent most of the day fitting my scorpion exhaust, quick run half a mile up the road to the cashpoint to check its not blowing and all done up right, then the 15 mile detour home  Heading up to Santa Pod tomorrow with some mates so that should be good.

Rode through Central London for the first time ever.

Down the M4/A4 and straight through the middle, past Piccadilly Circus, Knightsbridge and so on, through to Newnham and finally Beckton.

FUCKING CRAZY!!!!!

I used to live in Camden, but never actually used the roads back then.

Most of it was fine - It was just the stupid office girlies on pink scooters and bullying bastard bus drivers!!

Courier Bikers are amazing - They ride like lunatics, but do so in a way that you see them coming in time to move aside... and still take the time to wave their thanks!!

See lots of 'em around my uni (islington), especially on way home... They seem to have a third hand holding the handlebars, whislt one is zipping up their jacket, and other hand holding the two-way-radio infront on thier helmet so they can talk!! its unreal!!

I had to go across town the other day and the fastest route was down Las Vegas Blvd.

in case you dont know, thats the street in vegas with all the casinos along it.

it was very early (7 am) so the tourists were still nursing hangovers (most of em)

the locals were already at work, or still at home. so i pretty much had only a few cars along with me.

I still got some fairly strange looks from people though, you just dont expect to hear a 2 stroke on the strip. ;)

I would NEVER ride that street (also known as the strip) at night. its fekkin crazy then.

between the cabbies zipping around the lost tourists, and the tourists lookie looing.

and the cruizers, its just too dangerous on a friday or saturday night.

I barely feel safe in my suburban.

Today was beautiful so I took my bike and did a lap of lake Windermere in the lakes. The twisty country back roads hopefully improving my riding skills, although is was difficult to keep my eyes off the gorgeous ladies wearing very little clothing to make the most of the weather. I think I'll do the same again tomorrow the scenery is stunning and as a new rider I need lots of cornering practice.
