you didn't have too much air in the tyre did you! maybe change the fork oil Andy a lot easier than the steering head bearings, if it only happens when you brake hitting pot hole's & bumps, then avoid the f#cking things

If it wasnt for this forum, I would of most likely gone ahead and done but you all put me off for a few weeks which allowed me to get to know the bike (and its limitations). This doesnt mean I am buying you all a pint though.

Sounds like a bad earth or contacter, could be the solenoid or just a knackered starter motor. TTB
