  4. Well you got a choice here, you got poofy fly boy foamy with his drunken impulse buying Or a real man from the proper mans force that impulses on every thing. Actually foamy sounds the better option. Fancy a date with me foam? ;-)

  8. From the album: Fozzies Bikes

My younger brother on my bike again ! that was a 1960 ? AJS model 8 lightweight a 350 cc single potter that I used to thrash on its limit most of the time in the mid 60's and it never broke down once all round another great bike but it had 6 volt lighting, good job I ate plenty of carrots !! My other brothers James Captain is in the foreground fairly quick at that time for a 200cc bike.

  9. Seem to remember the RD200 I had which had a similar dynamo / brush setup did this . I used to have tickover set to about 1500rpm and remember the charge light used to flicker on tickover and go out when the revs hit about 2000rpm. Tony

  10. I don't know the specific answer but this sounds like old Skool cars that used a dynamo Rather than an alternator. They would often loose charge at tickover. This should be compensated when riding however, in the cars the battery charge was always in danger of discharging if you ran too many lights - like full beam and a couple of spot lamps.
