Hello all, On my 60th birthday last September my family treated me to a CBT Training day. The last time I rode a bike was 43 years ago, and that was when I nicked my brothers Suzuki 90 to go and see my mates. I never passed my test and always regretted it! My son has been a biker for 15 years and I helped him strip and renovate his 1976 Honda 750, it looked brilliant when finished and I thoroughly enjoyed the project. I know own a Suzuki SR 125, runs well after rebuilding the engine and is a great training bike. I now have my eye on a 1978 XS 500 to renovate and hopefully ride after I have taken my road test (and hopefully passed). On a down note I have tried the pr…

Hi everyone, Been lurking here for a little while but I though it was about time I started subjecting you to my personal brand of prattishness (if that isn't a word, it should be) I've got an '02 XVS 125 which I picked up about May of last year and she's been my daily commuter in all weathers ever since, in fact the only days I haven't ridden are when she's in the shop for a service and during the TT last year; I'd been riding for two weeks at the time so decided to play it safe and keep out of the way. This year I'm hoping to actually do a lap on Mad Sunday though... we'll see. I'm pretty sure I heard once that the rarest Harley is one that's still stock and …

Hello all from the deepest depths of Dorset. Got my self a new toy a while ago, this is my Yamaha DT125MX: Not bad for 34 years old. Its a good laugh showing it to people, its comfortable to ride, doesn't drink petrol like my other vehicle and certianly isn't the slowest 125 around. What more could you want?

I hope I can learn a few from you all about scooters or maybe other bikes and maybe share my 10% knowledge of scooters. Because knowledge is power my friends. Have a good day! [emoji3]

I have been living in the UK for 6 years and have my full car license but have yet to do my CBT. Just having some problems getting one of the bikes going and wanted to wait until it was all sorted before taking that step.

Hi Folks, I have bought my first ever RD350LC YPVS today to fettle and ride/parade. I have never been a fan of 2 strokes but heard so many guys say how much fun they are I couldn't resist. I collect it tomorrow, snow permitting. At 75 this year, its time I pensioned off the ZXR750K1 which is getting heavy these days. Lets hope the Yam is as much fun. I look forward to reading all about them on the club forums. Thanks Barry
