  1. Started by Mandi,

After years of commuting on bikes including a TDM900, retirement and an arthritic thumb dictates a twist and go. Waiting for the new Tmax so bought a Xmax 400 in the meantime. Very impressed after a two and a half hour ride home. Very comfortable and to be honest I don't need to go more than 70mph, which it is very capable of.

Hi guys and girls. My names Pete and I'm a bikeaholic. Another confession I have is, I've pretty much been a gixxer man until I just bought this Fz1. Loving it at the moment. So comfortable to ride (maybe I'm getting old) and quick. I'm based in Hemel Hempstead and looking for like minded bikers for a ride out. (Sounds like a dating add lol). Look forward to chatting

Hello all! I'm glad I've found this place, I've been looking for a decent and active yamaha forum for a while! Quick intro I suppose, I'm from Scotland, been on bikes since the ripe old age of 4 and raced for most of my life until I came off the R6 and smashed my shoulder to smithereens. I've since bought an MT-125 (just 3 weeks ago) for the road and the commute to try and satisfy my need for the two wheels. The MT is a cracking bike and I reckon I'll go for the MT-07 once I get round to doing my A2, either that or an XJ-6. Either way, I'm rambling. Nice to meet you all

Hi, I just joined the forum. I ride out from East London and I am exploring as much as I can. I passed my test last summer and I bought my first bike back in Sept '16, a lovely blue Tracer 700 and I have done 3k+ miles and I am loving it. As the bike I bought is a new model I set-up an owner's page and group on Facebook specifically for the Tracer 700. So if you have one yourself please feel free to join us... We plan on arranging a meet up later this summer, most likely in/around Brighton. Page https://www.facebook.com/Tracer700UK/ Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/Tracer700UK/

Hi I have been looking for a Yamaha site and thought I would give this site a try as there are all types of bikes on here. I can probably help out with R1 questions as I have been riding them since the birth in 98 but alas at the moment I am R1less After looking over the site I feel it will be a good place to find out info, help, parts and any shows that might be coming up from a bunch of like minded people Keep it safe

  11. Hi, I'm steve and just signed up. Just got myself a dt250c 1976 USA bike to add to the collection. It's in good nick for 41. Looks in better shape than me and I'm only 5 years older. I'm in essex.... Saafend to be precise. Only lived here 3 months. Warwickshire boy before. Just need a bit of help in finding a couple of spares. Had many RD350's in my time but only one dt250. American to boot so I guess bits will be harder to come by. Need a a pair of rear shocks. The ones with the fake chunk of ribbed cylinder if possible to keep it original. If not I'll pop some 12" ones on and get the proper ones as and when. Thanks steve

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Ira and I have obtained full riding licence at end of April 2017, after previously riding on & off for 9 month. I ride Yam XVS Dragstar 650 classic aka 'Armadillo' I have also learn how to service my own bikes and I'm also learning how to fix problems that I'm having by myself. However I might have to pick your brains if I think I hit the wall at some point. I hope that you won't mind.
