Hi Guys, I just brought 99 R6. It is really good condition. The only problem I have is that the indicator on the left side flashes fast then slow. Both of the bulbs are working.(so a blown bulb isnt the issue). Basicly I turn the left indicator on then they flash fast for a few seconds then flash normal speed then fast again for a few secs. Any ideas what is causing this?

Hey all! Great forum. I had a DT 100 when I was a kid and now I've managed to acquire a '74 DT 175A so I'm sure I'll be spending plenty of time over in the classics section. Here's a pic of my project in it's current form. See you around. Joe

hello, just joined the club! I recently bought an old 97 yamaha DT175 as a project and currently working on it. trying to get it to run, over years I have owned several bikes. Honda, yamaha, suzuki, KTM, Husky. Only one street bike and that was a Honda 350 twin. Its been 15 yrs since I last has a bike, so this little yama will be a good starter. D

Hi there, just joined this forum basically for help with a new project (tzr50) been fiddling with cars most of my life but new to bikes so a learning curve for me! Bought this bike to get back on the road originally for my sons 16th, we just found out he does not want a bike so I guess i'll have to use it myself once done! To be honest it would be far easier to scrap, but thats what I do, I like to bring things back from the dead, to return to their former glory... Simon

Hello All, Just a little note to say Hi and show off my DT's. Hope to be of any help if I can. I'm also currently restoring a DT250MX. The 360 is my pride and joy as I had one many moons ago, and this particular one rides like new. Ride safe.

Just found this site and joined yesterday. Im dobbo but on here Im bengo (dobbo was taken) Im 50 and been riding bikes since I was a boy. I started riding in the bush on bultacos and huskys my first roadie was a rd400 with stickers over the 400 (learners are restricted to 250). My next roadie was a rickman honda followed by a suzuki katana 1100. Wrote the kat off and then done up a rd350lc sold that for a trx850 and also got back into dirt bikes with a yz125h and a ty250a still got the yamy dirt bikes but sold the t-rex for a bmw r1100s. Looking forward to converse with you all regards bengo.

Hi All! To shortly introduce myself - I'm living in Poland(EU) and riding XS 400 SE (4G5) '81 since 3 years now. It's my first bike (not countining my wife's HOnda CB250) and was supposed to be just for some time, but it seems it will stay for another few seasons. I already found some help using this forum, but came to the point to ask few questions, so wanted to introduce first... BTW - you know - I'm the same age as my bike and nobody calls me "classic" - strange, isn't it?? ) b.r. Oscar

Hello all, Just a quick intro. I just won my first motorbike on ebay this morning (Yamaha ybr 125 '07) and am really excited to get to the seller and ride her home. I've only driven a moped on loan from a college in the past, but a few years later I finally took my cbt and started the bike search a few weeks ago. Now I've got some wheels I'm keen not only to get riding, but to learn about my bike and do as much of the maintenance and servicing that I can, hopefully with the future assistance of some of your sage wisdom. That's about it for now, cheers.

Hi everyone, After having a look about this seems to be a great site to be a part of. I've been riding for about 3 years now through anything and everything, my bike has been my only transport and she's done me good. Roughly 6 months ago I stopped using the bike (after a few months in Thailand, moving away and being to skint to mot her). So I've treated her badly, but now I mean to get back in the saddle. Thats why I've come here, to see what everyone is doing with thier bikes and maybe get some tips and support as I start to re-build/customise her. Sorry for the long intro, Nice to meet you, Clive
