Hello All. I am planning a move to Derbyshire within the next couple of months and was wandering if there was any biking clubs or regular get together's organised by people on here? I know there is normally a bike meet at Matlock on a Saturday and Sunday, but is there anyone on here who fancies a ride around the Dales? Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi there everyone, Looking for a bit of advice. Just come back from a trip to germany and my Soft panniers have marked my bike, despite my best intent. Would T-cut be my best option or can anyone recommend anything else. There quite light scuffs but noticeable. Many thanks

Hello all, I am joining this forum to hopefully get some information about R6's, what is best for them and hints a tips on anything from general up-keep, to best parts and servicing centres. I don't even have a bike or a bike license yet But, I am doing my theory soon (hopefully) and doing my DAS on or around Spring 2009. Anyway, my first bike (and this might be a bad idea) will hopefully be a '08 R6. The reason for this choice of bike is I intend to tour Europe with some friends I have that already have bikes, but, I want a bike that’s fun when I am at home too. Cheers for all the help you guys (and gals) can offer

Hi I'm rebuilding my FZR 600R and I'm looking for a good shotblaster and powdercoating services and metal fabricators in Shropshire or there abouts I've tried Google but most sites just give details on how shotblasting and powdercoating works, I would rather use someone who has done a good job rather than take a chance and end up with a poor job. If anyone has recommendations it would be appreciated. Thank you Ryan

The river is the Maekong, we have a ride list not a club here in Udon Thani, A lot Airforce vets will recongize that name but not the city any longer get out for day rides like this just about once a week. So this is typical door to door day ride. Good friends beautfiul scenery and road that can be fanatastic or true challenges where you dodge everything from pot holes to water buffalos. This is the Issan area next to Lao. Other parts of the country have beach rides or mountains.. No one said I couldn't do it asked

  14. Hello there fellow riders, After owning a TT600RE for 6 months, and having just weighed my Honda XL1000 Varadero in against a lovely XT660Z (well, it's not everyones cup of mint tea!) I though I'd jump in and join this forum. I tried to find a picture of the right colour but Yamaha just don't have one on thier site - probably cos it looks crap in Desert Khaki (in a picture). Anyway, I pick the bike up on Friday and I hope it's all it's hyped to be as I'm off on a mega-trip in the summer, if you are at all interested, you could visit my website and find out more : Smokingtailpipes If you'd like to leave a message, use the contact buttons. 16. Hi, I have bought a 2003 R1 a little while ago and it had a bit of a clunk changing from 1st into 2nd since I got it. But now its as if I am noticing it more and more. Its a definite clunk at low speeds of 25-45mph and then more of a pinging sound between 45mph and up. I have been told by a few people that this is a normal noisy R1 gearbox and that lots of them do it. I was also advised that my chain might be too tight when I'm sitting on it, but it looks fine to me... Have any of you have any suggestions or should I begin to worry??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
