Hi to everyone, I'm new to the site, just got a 2002 R6, as a 2nd bike, 1st was a Kawasaki er6-f nice but no where near an R6 in any way, (in my newish rider opinion) while I was riding the er6 i wore a caberg justismo gt helmet which was fine but for some reason when i'm on the R6 (maybe coz i'm going 'a bit' faster) the caberg makes a cracking sound where the visor hinges are, any one know why??? Anyway i'm after a good full face helmet now with about £150-£200 ish cash, has anyone got any advice which ones are any good??? been looking at AGV Stealth..what do you think?? Cheers

Seemed good manners to say hello to you guys as I've recently joined the site. I returned to biking some time ago but am presently down to 2 FS1E's and no big bike due to space and money issues. Cold temps don't bother me - I've gotten on my bike when it was 19°F. (That's -7°C for those that use that weird scale. ) But two wheels and slick roads just don't mix. If I get out tomorrow, it'll be in the Jeep!

well not been on for a while but back on now,,, sold the fzr project and now got a fzr600r (fox eye) , its a much better bike than the older fzr ( well i think it is ) i will be treating it to a race rep spray job when i got the cash,,,,,,,,,

Hello all, just signed up this morning My name's Craig and Ive got myself an FZR 600 4JH model as a bit of a winter project. Its a bit tatty but thats mostly cosmetic, nothing some new plastics and a bit of paint wont cure. picked up my new zx6r today. My old man gave me a lift to pick it up from swindon, rode it back - runnning in so tried not to rev it hard. Lovely weather, handles sweetly, makes my FZR1000 feel so primative, but then i knew it would. Looks great will post a pick soon!

Just bought a Maxim 700 for restoration and the paint on the tank and the shocks has faded a bit. Where's the best place to find aerosols for it or the paint code so I can get my local car repair shop to mix it up for me?
