Hi, all, Franky here.... just got back to bike's again after an 8 year break, and managed to get myself a mint TRX850 with a genuine 9932 miles, came with a full service history and all the old MOT's. Taking a bit of getting used to going into the corners with the weight, as i am a keen cyclist as well and do a little road racing. May take a week or 2 to get used to the weight differance, used to throwing a race bike that weighs about the same as a bag of sugar. Anyway...... just thought i would drop in and say hello. Franky

Hi all, I recently bought an R6 03 plate, and have only just noticed that the mileage on the odometer does not match the last MOT certificate... is there anyway to tell if the bike has been clocked? is the mileage recorded in the ECU? Any help/advice would be much appreciated Andy

Hi everyone. i just bot a fz6. was wonder whether the headlight is both on when low beam or one on when low beam.only 1 of my headlight is on when low beam. both will be on only when its on high beam.

He He HE just went for a spin on the diesel, can=me up behind a queue of slow moving cars, as i starts too overtake the back one a largish BMW pulls out one from the front too overtake off he goes like scalded cat, as i pass the front car on a straight bit of road BMW driver is braking like hell, nothing in front of him, all of a suddenly i realise we have a rarity he uses his mirror, i am wearing a green reflective jacket, He He follows him through a village sticking religously to speed limits and through a 4 mile 40 mph on the A39 into bude bet he was crapping himself merv

well i was pulling out of sainsburys the other day and gave it some welly and the front came up (quite high) and then went down as fast as it came up i have been trying to do it ever since on a bit of tarmack near where i live and for the life of me i carnt get it up i was in first when i did it and im prety sure all i did was wack the throttle back now when i try it only come up about a inch max i know you can do it buy droping out the cluch but not confident doing this at the moment all i want to know is it the bike thats the problem or me ?? lol and i know i shouldent be doing it but just find it fun and have been doing it on bikes(mountain bike) for year…

Two old bikers are in a bar. They both have had a successful life and have done well with there businesses. They start arguing about who has the biggest house and property. Im new here and im hopefully buying a 58 plate Yamaha YZF R125cc in november for my 17th I currently have a Rieju RS2 Matrix 50cc, highly tuned to do 75mph Un fortunatly off the road at the moment due to back wheel locking up at 75mph, unsure why yet but will find out during the wheel My stepdad has a yamaha QT 50cc also thats sat in the shed for years. hoping you guys can give me advice etc for it So anyway....."Hello Guys" Dan

Hey guys, new owner of 89 FZR400 (Genesis I think). Any reccommendations on a lowering kit? Legs too darned short.

Can anyone tell me of another shock that will be suitable for the fzr 600 genesis 1990. Im having a bugger of a time getting a good second hand one .Am already well over budget so am not keen on buying new if at all avoidable . cheers

Hi all The other day I got caught on my R6 doing 93mph in a 60, had the letter through that said it cannot be resolved with a fixed penalty ie. A court summons, anybody any idea what I'll get? Also only had my license about a year but a car license for about 6 years, does the 6 points in 2 years thing count. Any help would be great Also for the people that say I deserve what I get, I know I do!! Thanks
