Hi all, I was out on my first proper long ride at the weekend, which was great (even though it was pissing down). However when ever I got the about 50 MPH my right wing mirror would slowly tilt forward so I had to keep re-adjusting it. Got a bit annoying after a while. Does anyone know how to fix this? or do I need a new wing mirror? Thanks

Hi all , Just a question really about your motorcycle gear. If your going out to a nice meal or something, where do you put all your clothes, helmet and boots. I have a dt125 and there isn't anywhere to put anything a it won't really fit in a back pack? Does any one else have this problem? Secondly , when I brought my bike it never had any keys for the steering lock or the helmet lock, anyone know where id get a set of keys? Thanks muchly Gary

Hey peeps, now i dont know much about what has been done to my DTR other than a full Bigone system, and im 99% the PV ( non servo) has been pinned open. I know most people would say im being a big girl, but am new to bikes and the way the power comes in at 6k is just BRUTAL! Far too animalistic for someone with very little skills or confidence on a bike! My mates CRF250 ( an before anyone says it, theres nothing wrong with it!) doesnt pull as hard as the DT does when it comes on the power at the mo! Plus tbh id prefer some power a bit lower down for using it around town etc when i start using it as my main transport. Do i just take it out, and flip the meta…

Ok, i still don't believe this but anyway, in Grantham by the school is a spot where a kin great puddle forms every time there is a half decent drop of rain. Well today was such a day, ratting it down for a good half hour so the aforsaid puddle was a good 20feet long and the splash zone was at least 9ft up the school building. Ahh, what is this leading to?, i think you can guess the basics. I was approaching said puddle and much as its tempting to soak the general public its actually illegal to do it with a vehicle, 'on purpose '. So i'm approaching said puddle at the same time as a delightfull young lady, she clocks the obvious danger as i was slowing to avoi…

So, I'm doing my Module 1 Motorcycle test tomorrow. I'm doing it for the 2nd time now. The first time, I did everything perfectly but ended up putting my foot down during the slow riding part (THE LAST BASTARD PART). So, I'm giving it another shot. I shall remember this time, with any luck, to just look straight ahead instead of looking at the instructor and trying to balance. With all that having been said: Anybody got any advice for the test in general? Any advice for if I pass, regarding my Module 2 which I shall be booking assuming I pass? Cheers!

Hi to all, I just bought a 1987 xj900,it came without a battery and the fuel tank was not connected,on closer inspection I found six pipes coming out of the back of the carborettor"three facing down are small pipes and three facing up are larger pipes, the one in the middle is grey".the small ones I thought are for air and vapour and the large ones all connect together and lead up to the tank but I really haven't a clue at this stage and do I need another part that I connect the small pipes to.There is one more larger pipe that comes out of the oil tank that is not connected to anything and I don't know if I need something else for this.If anyone knows anything about thes…
