Soon to enter production is the Suzuki G Strider. This is the sort of bike kids like me grew up wishing actually existed.... and now it's HERE!!!! An answer to Honda's DN-01, the G-Striker is one of those half-Cruiser, half-Scooter jobs (the latter only because it's automatic) with ultra futuristic styling and fancy gizmos. Don't hold much hope for decent luggage, though Here's some links: Clicky Clicky Clicky What do you think?

Hi guys, got my module 2 test on friday. I just wanted to confirm the correct lifesaver glances. I know that when lifting off, you need to check both mirrors and lifesaver to the right. but does this apply for when your turning right at the lights for instance. Or another confusing one is when turning left at a set of lights, left or right lifesaver? or both? I tend to to check both ways, but I dont want to seem like a cant keep my head still during the test, nodding all over the place. I only want to take the necessary glances. thanx guys Shabaz

I purchased a r1 a few yrs ago from a guy that was in the navy. He had the bike shiped in from another country. I cannot for the life of me find out how to decode the vin as to what country it came from. IE where bike was when purchased for the first time from a dealer.??//???Here is the enigma... VIN# RN041-019009 (there has been no tampering of any kind on the stem and this is what it says) Why only 11 digit and not 17?

  13. Started by Kaliber,

Hey guys, Kaliber here, im new to this biking stuff, but have allways loved me choppers and cruisers... My question is this, im 6'6" tall, 24st 6lbs, and 19 years old. Im looking for a bike to last me till im 21 so i can move up among the big boys Can anyone suggest anything? Getting a bigger bike obviously isnt an option, and itll mainly be for commuting into town and work/uni... I was looking at a Yamaha XVS125 Dragstar, heard somewhere there load limit is 28st?? Either that or a Virago 125, as my dad has the 750 allready and i love it lol TIA for the help, Kaliber.

hi everyone. is there a way to repair cracked mirrors at minimal cost?, i have two that i broke on my DT (one when i slipped off in a wet car park, the other when it fell over in the garage and smashed the mirror against the wall) and rather than fork out £30 for another set of universal mirrors for the Jawa would it be possible to repair the old mirrors and use them instead?. one of them just has a large crack down the middle of the glass, the other one has no glass at all, so maybe i could fill it in and put something else in there?

A bloke moved into a new area and went into his new local pub. He asked the barman for 3 pints of lager, when the barman set them up on the bar he had a drink out of the first one then the second one and finally the third one, he repeated this until all the drinks had gone, upon which he bid the barman farewell. He did this every day for a week upon which the barman asked what was going on? The bloke said that he was one of identical triplicates and they always drank together but made an agreement that when they went their seperate ways they would have a drink with each other in mind if not body. One night he went into his local and asked the barman for 2 pints of lage…

Okay, now, as you may/may not remember, i was planning to tour ireland on my DT50, but common sence and a lack of a full licence meant that i couldnt and tonight whilst scouring the web for Jawa parts i came across THIS and i for one think it is genius, put a sidecar onto my Jawa 350 and chuck all my stuff in it, maybe extend it so i can kip in it at night, anyone else ever tried sometihng like this and how well does it work?
