  1. Good stuff. We still saying Devon/Cornwall?
  2. You should be able to. Is there a switch on the clutch lever?
  3. April is good for me other than the weekend of the 23rd/24th
  4. Sorry to hear that Jim As slice says, you'll have to love vicariously through us for a bit! April could work for me, I'll check the dates with work first though
  5. Nice to see you back mate. Ethanol in fuel ruins plastic tanks, be even worse now with the e10. It's a bit quiet on here these days but most of the same faces are still around
  6. May is pretty much out for me. July could be good?
  7. Right, I'm going to stick my head up above the parapet and ask who's up for it? Would be nice to get some dates and destinations decided. Could also extend it onto Facebook if people approve, get the numbers up.
  8. Do this. You know you want to
  9. +1 on what Drewpy said. The place I went to didn't do that, and put a really thick coat on as well. Which lead to a lot of work for me after.
  10. I would think that price would include blasting, might be best to double check
  11. I used powder coat on mine. It's cheaper than pro painting and more durable than anything you could do DIY as it's baked on.
  12. Haynes manual will have the wiring diagrams in. If I recall there's only 2 connectors to the whole dash unit originally
  13. I'd go aftermarket. Probably get one with more adjustability than the original too. Yss would probably offer the best value for money
  14. Merry crimble everyone
  15. I use one as well and it's fine. If you really want you can put PTFE tape on the bleed nipple threads to stop it from pulling air in that way
  16. I'd try another battery if possible, or a jump start off a car (without the engine running)
  17. I know a lot of small capacity bikes for the Asian Market run twin plugs due to poor quality fuel. Firing them at slightly different times ensures a complete burn I think it's the theory. My vtwin rotax engined aprilia has 2 plus per cylinder. But both fire at the same time and you can run with just one without any noticeable performance loss so no idea why they're fitted
  18. Be a best seller if they did

    Xmas Present

That's mine sorted for this year
  20. I always use powerhouse for my brake kits. https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/powerhouseautomotiveltd
  21. Couple of big space heaters and away we go
