The bloke wouldn't sign my CBT so I have to go back next weekend. I did great but he wouldnt let me go out on the road. This fat bitch got in my way and I ran into her but that was her fault not mine. And the bikes were crap too.Little Hondas and slow as fuck. But I still wheelied it first time out and wheelied it onto the cones too. Nobody else could do that and they passed. The bloke was a prick though. I was thinking about going to another school cos they are shit.

Hey guys, I've been having some problems from the letting agency, in which I rent my flat from. Basically, they sent me a letter through yesterday saying that they're going to send someone round to my flat tomorrow at 11.40am for a routine inspection. I have no problem with that but I'm at work tomorrow so I called them up this morning to ask if they can re-schedule for a time when me or the Mrs is in.........you know what they told me...........they said no they can't and give me some bullshit how it'll desrupt there schedules (Fucking Lazy Bastards! I pay good money for my rent, and they expect me to take time off from my work to let some dick head in!!). They the…

For more years than I care to remember I always rode bikes in just jeans, leather jacket and trainers. I've had my share of offs although (touch wood) without any serious injury. All my mates dressed the same and we all fell off occassionally. I know that the older you get the longer it takes to get over the cuts, bruises and knocks. Since getting involved in motorcycle racing firstly as a marshall and for the last five years as a scrutineer I have come to appreciate the wearing of the correct gear. Having witnessed first hand crashes from 'lowly' club racers right up to GP Gods the days of jeans etc in my case are long gone. Except for travelling to work and back it…

Say "Hello!" !! I'm probably in the wrong forum (bar) but what the hell, found this Yamaha site by mistake (not going to say what I was really looking for  ). Got a few Yamahas at the moment, a Thunderace, a TRX850 with a few mods, and a FZR1000, but that is probably sold cos I don't ride it anymore, (actually, never ridden it !!). catch you later Stormy

Friendlies and sensible people.... need some advice please.. I'm selling off some stuff on ebay - a couple of items that are all worth over £200 each. I've gotten a few emails asking if I'd sell privately and close the auction. The problem is that there are over 20 people watching one of the items and I think it would be a bit tight to cut them off. What to do ? Close it down and sell or leave it be and let nature take it's course ? Thanks - J

Hope no one minds but I'm really, over the moon today - it's a perfect day. I had my employment tribunal pre-hearing today. My case has gone from no-hope to good chance, back to a no-hoper and then today, right back in the fight. The Judge (a total goddess - but blonde ) sent everything my way and really burned Telewest out - to the point that even at this pre-hearing their application for costs (£1200 for the morning) was denied which is very unusual I am told. The poo was hitting them so fast that they have asked for the case to be adjourned so that they can prepare further case notes and evidence in their defence. Round 2 is on the 4th of February but…

Can't believe there's such a severe limit on noise at Castle Coombe, a stock RGV got booted off the other day for being too noisey - what's that all about. Seems that noise is a big issue at a lot of circuits, does anyone know if Thruxton is.. a. Any good ? b. Has noise limits ? c. Cheap to hire ? J

I've been watching all these crazy stuntas on telly, so I'm going to get a motorbike. I know I've got to do that CBT thing and that DASS test but I'll piss through that no sweat. I've already booked it. But I don't know whether to get an R1 or a Hayabusa. Which ones best for doing stunts and stuff like on telly? I want to go round the racetracks as well. I'll fly round them cos I know all the tracks from playing MotoGP2. Which bikes best for that then?

Can anyone verify this ? I bumped into an old pal and he said he's just finished convalesing after suffering 2 detached retinas. He said he woke up one morning, sneazed violently twice and went blind. After calling the doctor and being rushed to hospital he was told he had torn the retinas off the backs of his eyes - I instantly felt queasy ! He then tells me they operated right away, they sucked out the Vitreous Humor which is the jelly inside the main part of the eyes, pulled the eye balls out and reattached the retinas and then filled each eye ball with a gas after putting them back in the sockets. The gas is naturally absorbed by the body and the s…

My mate is selling a BRAND NEW Black/Grey Shoei XR-1000 helmet for his mate and he just called me up about it. He asked if I want it for £150, so I told him I'll let him know by the end of the day, I'm going to see if he'll sell it for £100-£130 but I haven't tried it on yet! It's a Medium and I'm a Medium for Suomy Helmets.......you think the Shoei will fit me? I don't want to miss a bargain here and I only have a few hours to let him know! Please let me know what you guys think. Cheers.

Hi, I am very much into cars, never been into bikes. But I've been bitten... I wish to get an unrestricted license & buy a used Yamaha R6. I want to do this yesterday but think it'd be best to wait until early next year to go for the test, get the bike etc. Would I be correct in saying I can go for direct access, do the test in a couple of days (from scratch) and buy the bike... All comments welcome - good or bad. I'm 27, never ridden before
