Guys I want to get a bike for this summer, and I was looking at this 1986 Yamaha Radian. It has 32k miles, has new O rings, chain and new oil. Fresh paint and seat. Its online so I have not driven it. is 32k miles too much, and how is the 32k mile mark Isnt it too much? Price is 750 or 800. Also, how is the Radian bike, is it good . I just need a nice bike that I can park on the streets of NYC and not worry about it being stolen.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. For some reason my Fazer 600 (2004 model) break light does not switch off. Neither the front or rear brake is engaged so I suspect the sensor is gone. Any idea where this sensor is located on the bike? Thanks, Nico

I have a 1988 FZ 600 which I'm in the process of restoring, can anyone tell me what the exact colours are for my bike? Its red & white, the white on the fairings look slightly pearlescent, is this the correct colour? If anyone could give me any help that would be great. I want it to end up as original as possible. Also, where could I get replacement decals from, I've looked on ebay but there isn't any. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys just incase you've not seen it. MCN are collecting names to petition against road pricing for bikes. There's only a few days left. If you've not already done so and you don't want to pay "congestion" charges for your bike. http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/MCNroadpricing/ Cheers Tango2

Hi. Does anyone know if the rear wheel (with alloy rim) from a 77-ish xt500 or even the alloy-rimmed rear wheel from a later-model dtmx can replace the stock steel-rimmed rear wheel from a 75/76 dt400? The wheel bearing ID is the same. I know that the brake backing plate is different between later model dts and the 75/76 wheels, but a suitable replacement from a xt wheel (or even possibly one from a 75/76 dt) will likely work. Any help would be appreciated.

...for a second that (if aren't already lucky enough to own your Dream Yamaha).....you could, if money, dosh, coin, cash or whatever it's referred to in your corner of the planet, was not an object..... So What would be your Dream Yamaha to own if you could? ..... Without a doubt.....this would be my 1st choice ..... A Sweet, Rainey replica polished Spondon-framed RD500 V4

Has any one done any track training and other advanced riding courses. I am riding around on an R6. I legally can probably use no more than 1/4 of the power available and it all seems such a waste. I am thinking it would be nice to be able to through it around a track. What experiences have people got? Recommended websites and other costs involoved? Thanks.

So what do you all think about this crap idea to restrict bikes. Who wants a bike that can only do 65 mph They are banging on bout the bloke in chelmsford nicked doing 110mph along a road that if you know as I do is fairly safe. leave the bikers alone and sort out the 17 year olds in hot hatches 4 up and only a couple of weeks driving behind them. Makes more sense to restrict cars (Then they wouldnt get in our way)Teach more awerness of bikes to car drivers thats half the battle
