Morning all. Hope you are all keeping well. It's been a good couple of months since my last post as all the responsible grown up things like gardens, wall building etc have got in the way of fun things like motorbikes! Well, I think I have bought myself sometime from wifey and it's that time of the year when I'm looking for my next project, only thing is, I haven't got a clue so I'm looking to all you knowledgable chaps (and chapesses) for a shove in the right direction. Anybody who followed my tarting up of my trusty DT last year will know that I joined the forum as a bit of a laugh and I kind of got engrossed in the whole Yamaha scene and I put far more work…

Some of you may have read I traded the Fazer for a Honda SH300 scooter in January, mainly as the Fazer was wasted on my 20min, 6 mile, 40mph max speed limit commute to work. I reluctantly decided to get a scooter as wanted something easy to clean and cheap to run (though found myself looking at cruisers much to the other half's annoyance). I read some reviews of the SH300 which seemed good, one person saying it handles like a motorbike, a few people saying they went round Europe on it and two saying if they had to pick between the scooter and their cruisers (one with a Harley and one with a Kawa VN900) they'd pick the scooter... Well, I've been using it now since t…

I just got the SV MOT'ed. All you get now is a white A4 piece of paper with some writing on. I would suggest that before anyone buys a bike with this style of MOT, they check the validity of it online.

Hi and thanks for looking at my topic, i was riding to work this morning and the bike was riding fine then after around 5 mile it lost most of its power. It was strugling to do 25 then when i got near work it cut out at the lights, when i tried to kick start it i got a pop from the exhaust and i think it seems down on compression. I rebuilt the top end 150 mile ago. All help will be greatly appreiciated.

And I am now married The Ttaskmistress is now officially mine and she even gave her oath, in front of God and all the family, that she would obey me!! Course, I swore to protect her, so when she gets pissed and picks fights with all the Batckpatchers it's gonna get awkward, but small price to pay for obedience, eh!!
