went to a bike night tonight in the Wirral. left a cloudy Manchester into brilliant sunshine. what a difference. Some cool bikes there and I took a pikky of a Yosh inspired GS. Racetech titanium pipes, electronic dash, must have spent !000's bike spewed oil out on the way home, no damage done but its too dark to check where. I have an idea though.

Its summer and other members and I are inviting anyone interested in a rideout next weekend to put your names forward and any suggestions of destination route and so on. & obviously a starting point central to where members will be coming from, any sensible suggestions (KEV) welcome. so far myself & Bippo have shown interest, I'm hoping drewpy & airhead can also make it, sat or sun to be arranged, if interested put your names up or pm me as we are all in the n/w area so far Altrincham is central for meeting place (only suggestion) I thought Southport might be a good destination anyway lets know your thoughts on it

I am in Belgium for this one The big addition to this year’s festival is the inaugural Northwich Bike Festival. The festival committee, backed by Cheshire West and Chester Council is resolute in wishing to retain the ethos of the now relocated Thundersprint and Saturday at Moss Farm will be a biker’s paradise. Trophies will be awarded to various categories in a huge classic bike show sponsored by Mike Blake of P. E. Blake and Son of Little Leigh. Mike will be showcasing his own collection and will be joined by hundreds of other enthusiasts from across the region. With full camping facilities available a complete sell out is a certainty for the Saturday music bill…

Hi all can anyone tell me of any good ride outs that doesn't involve motorways as I am still on L plates, LOL. I was just wondering as I'm on a yzf r125 and my dad should be getting himself a bike soon after 10 years off them. Thanks.

I have been in the Bristol area for 4 years now and havent made it along to the Weston Bike nights yet. So tomorrow we have organised a group ride out from Bristol to Weston for the bike night. Any one else thinking of heading along? We are heading along this route from Filton, and down Bristol Portway onto the A370. We will be setting off from Filton at 6pm, probably pass under the Clifton suspension bridge about 6:15. If anyone wants to join us feel free to catch us on route shown in the map. Lookout for an orange KTM supermoto and a FZ6: Google Maps Link Flyer for the event here: http://westonbikenight.rblr.co.uk/photos/2013/docs/WBNFlyer13.jpg

  15. So it's going to be a great weekend, weather-wise, compared to what we've become used to recently. Is anyone aware of anything interesting going on down in the Home Counties-ish area? Otherwise perhaps a little visit to Box Hill or thereabouts might be in order.

  18. Hi all. Anyone thinking of going to this?

  19. Started by Norcot,

Hey all, having been a keen rider for 3 years now I am looking to do my first track day, I have my 2 piece leathers now and I am just looking at which track to go to. I currently have an FZ6 so it should be great fun on a track, anyone have some experience of taking one on the track? Track wise I am looking at Castlecombe or Silverstone, silverstone looks more attractive with better facilities, better track with more space, not to mention for the same price you get more track time. But Castlecombe is a lot closer for me. Any one experienced on either or both that can give some advice? Lastly, I've been riding 600cc bikes for three years now, an xj600 diversion and an…
