With regards to your stand, might be worth checking it isnt bent or deformed, also have a look from the rear wheel (looking forward) and check that your rear sprocket and chain are in alignment with the front, something is definitely amiss there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DutchFJ1200 Posted May 29, 2016 Share Posted May 29, 2016 Get under there - or turn your bike upside down - and check if your center stand stop rubber (bump stop) is still there. i.e. if that bike was ever fitted with one. If you see a bracket in that area pointing downwards (frame or exhaust) with a round hole in the bottom - with nothing in obviously, there's your problem.
