  1. This may be way off... but if the ball bearing MrDadKDX mentioned is missing wouldn't the clutch plates be stuck together (engaged) and not disengage? Just a thought. ??
  2. My vote is in... and I gotta say great song by the way! Hope everybody gets on and votes for them.
  3. I don't know... Foamy may look good in glitter.
  4. LOL! Only teasing... you should relish in it and brag all you want!! I got lucky the second time around and have never been so happy and content.
  5. All her bike gear?! Looks like she's missing some crucial stuff... gloves, shoes, helmet... Ha! j/k She is hot... and what fun would the pic be if she were all covered up? Happy trails! p.s. nobody likes a braggart.
  6. I'm fluent in three languages... english, sarcasm, and profanity. :D

  7. I think I would rather just foot the bill for a round than shit on the table or have someone else do it... and I especially wouldn't touch it! (ick) I have empathy for the pain of hair removal creams (that stuff burns when it's not on your nethers) but couldn't help from laughing my ass off! I'm all for pranks, but swinging your dick around is just asking for trouble! I'd say it served him right Foamy. Not that anyone asked for my opinion
  8. Me... lady like? Now that's a laugh.
  9. I'm with Airhead... ignition problem? The ignition switch is missing? The keys are missing? Or it won't start? That could be any number of things... gas flow, battery, spark plug and/ or wire, loose connections... I'm sure the list goes on. Just like my manual states, saying the bike doesn't run isn't the same as saying it quit on the hiway at high speed and then wouldn't start, or its been in the garage for months and now it won't start.

Hello again! Glad you're injury hasn't permanently kept you from riding. I have a little 80cc and I use any excuse I can to ride... it's so much fun. I'm sure lots of folks on this site will be able to help you... they are a knowledgeable group! Welcome!! This post will probably get bumped to the new member forum since this is the "forum help" one. I think... I'm on my phone and it's past my bedtime so I could very probably be out of my mind
  11. WOW! I nearly sh*t myself just watching.
  12. Don't have any help on that, but some folks find it rude to post questions without introducing yourself. post an intro in the new member forum. And I'm sure someone will be on to help you.
  13. really happy with the fast and friendly service from http://www.nwvcp.com/

    Security?!

ooh... i think i might get a couple of those. i could use one for my garage door and another for my shed. (i think we have a couple of crackheads in the neighborhood who have messed with our locks before) no offense meant to any honest crackheads.
  15. our saying lately has been "it's all the justice money can buy". i fought a ticket once. the cop was out of his mind... said i was going down a one-way street the wrong way... and he was seriously amped (yelling and shaking). here i was 16 years old (with my twin sister and another girlfriend in the car), middle of the night. i didn't argue... never a good idea. took the ticket, went home and drew a feckin map with where i'd parked, where he'd pulled me over, etc. and sent that with the ticket and my not guilty plea. showed up for court and they couldn't even find the original copy of the ticket! WTF? worked out well for me though - told them i wanted it in writing that they were dismissing it (so i didn't get pulled over in two weeks and arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear or some equally stupid thing). sorry your situations didn't turn out in your favor!

    1972 G7S help

Got my new headlamp bulb in and it's already lasted longer than the last one. (YAY!) I think the new battery has done the trick, and I'm super stoked to get to ride at night... it's nice not having to worry about the time when I'm out and about. Anyway, I know I keep saying it (and I swear it's not a hollow threat) I'm still going to test the rectifier to see how well it's working. I've been reading through old posts and trying to keep up with new member posts to see what's happening. I am amazed at some of these bikes you've customized and can only look forward to doing that for myself one of these days. I think I'll do like Drewpy mentioned in his blog and put up a picture of a bike that's inspiration for me to work toward, but not be afraid to deviate from it. I just want to say thanks again to all of you!!
  17. excited for a new headlight bulb... should be here tomorrow... and then no more curfew! :)

  18. Holy sheit! That's for real?! I figured now that I'm going to work smelling of exhaust I'll save a ton of money not buying perfume.

    YOC T-shirt

Am I too late for the shirt or can I still get one of these sweet outfits? Small or medium t-shirt if it's still possible. How do I get you the money from the states?
  20. Hi Jennifer. The folks here may be more receptive to questions if you introduce yourself in the New Member forum. but it doesn't look like you've been back since you registered. Too busy riding?
  21. Hi TRK. Although I don't have any troubleshooting help, I do have one piece of advice... Post an intro in the New Members forum. You might get more help if the folks know who you are.
  22. Nice! I'd love to see the pics either way. Should be fun! I never went to senior prom... too much of a tomboy then. I hope you can get the sidecar... I think that will be fabulous! Weather here was beautiful today, but I strained my shoulder this weekend and I've been a giant boob about it today. We went about 50 miles in 40 degree weather with some serious wind Saturday... damn that was cold... but if you're gonna be a fair-weather rider in Idaho you'll never get to ride.
