well folks the question was once asked what would be better the xvs or the xv i have now found out the answer THE XVS is way better thats why my xv535 is now on gumtree lol spent a small fortune doing it up but it just does'nt have the same grunt as the xvs got someone coming to see it tomorrow i already got my eye on a honda hornet but who knows what i'll get next lol

i pcked myself up an xv535 after my accident and spent a few months doing it up going from this that was the ebay photo when i got it home it was a mess even found a nest in the airbox wtf haha so i stripped the bike and got it custom painted polished the forks and pretty much everything else!! new handlebars, grips, levers, riser cover, mirrors removed baffles from exhausts rebalanced carbs and got her looking like this so now i wonder what to put her value at 535's around the age of mine (1995) are going for 1200ish what do you folks think

mad question but do you have mice in the garage check for a broken wire from the battery to the coil and trace it back from there to where you are getting power

the hh slashcuts have got rivetted baffles in them and as toutsuite said not very loud this my hh slashcuts after the removal of said baffles and now as loud as hell lol still to test it yet to see how it runs but it ticks over and freely revs with no popping
