I wonder if anyone can offer any help or suggestions. My 97 Divvy 600 has started to absorb water into the seat just at the point behind the petrol tank. I discovered this when I set off riding and felt my inner thighs became damp, (you wouldn't want that sentence taken out of context would you). It appears to be seeping out of the side stitching on the seat when I sit on it. By pushing down on it I have discovered it is seeping out through the stitching holes. Other than this the seat cover looks like new. It is becoming a pain because I am having to wear waterproofs when the weather is dry or I still get wet. Has anyone got any ideas on how to remedy this because w…

So here goes my rant, on way home from work the other night, down a dual carriageway coming upto a roundabout. I'm in the inside lane, due to traffic we was rolling at about 20mph, I never filter over 15mph so I'm holding back going with the flow and bang, this twat in the right hand lane (on his phone) just pulls over to the left and comes straight across me. When I say his bumper must of been an inch or two away from my front wheel I'm not lying! I slammed my brakes on as I was going faster them him, he didn't even know. After a wee beep to make him aware I'm there he starts giving me the finger, and a from what I could see a mouthful! So, traffic comes to a st…

Just look at her, isn't she beautiful. It has been sitting in my Dad's gun safe for the last 15 years. When I saw it, I had to have it. He gave it to me along with 350 rounds of ammo.

Another government stealth tax! Outrage over £5 'tax' on speeding fines By Stewart Tendler, Crime Correspondent A PLAN to add a £5 surcharge to speeding fines to finance support schemes for victims of crime was denounced last night as an unfair and illogical tax. The surcharge would also be imposed for other fixed-penalty offences, such as drunkenness, throwing fireworks or making hoax 999 calls. More serious offences would attract a higher levy — from £10 for failing to give police a driver’s details to £30 for someone sentenced to jail or community service. Pubs and bars would also have to contribute to victims’ schemes to emphasise the links between alco…

People were in their pews talking at church. Suddenly, Satan appeared at the altar. > > Everyone started screaming and running for the entrance, trampling each other in a frantic effort to get away from evil incarnate. > > Soon everyone had exited the church except for one elderly gentleman who sat calmly in his pew without moving, seeming oblivious to the fact that God's ultimate enemy was in his presence. > > So Satan walked up to the old man and said, "Don't you know who I am? > > The man replied, "Yep, sure do." > > "Aren't you afraid of me?" Satan asked. > > "Nope, sure ain't." said the man. > > "Don't you reali…

  10. DON'T KNOW WHAT DOCTOR WROTE THIS, BUT I LIKE HIM! . HEALTH QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION Q: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life; is this true? A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... Don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap. Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables? A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothin…

  13. A little story to help you understand how the rest of the world see's us. A SQUIRRELS TALE REST OF THE WORLD VERSION: The squirrel works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building and improving his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks he's a fool, and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the squirrel is warm and well fed. The shivering grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. Hey peeps Tearing my hair out with this fireblade, have been trying to start it for the past hour to little or no avail, ive been jumpstarting it off the car as the fireblade battery does not have the power to spin it over for any period of time. No matter what combination of throttle position, choke or swearing i give it the fucker still wont start, just the occasional very loud backfire which the station guards thought was a gunshot and sent out a patrol. now, if this was the XJ600 i would have it running by now, check the fuel is getting to the cylinders, give the sparkers a dust off with a wirebrush whilst im at it, check the spark and maybe if im feeling …

Sorry folks, I had a wreck on some RailRoad Tracks, was unconscious in ICU for 9 days, then transfered to a Rehab Hospital for 9 months. They wouldn't let me have my cell phone or laptop so I was only able to communicate after I got home. They called it an TBI and have put me on Disabity. I had my helmet and leathers on, which they cut off of me. I got three brain surgerys and the Dr.s say very fortunate to be in the shape I'm in. I still have the 82 parts, and will try to followup on you inquiries.
