Hi all hope everyone is well in Yamaha land. Went out for a tootle yesterday, bit of a shakedown run really, anyway on the way back in there is a stretch of about two miles which is pretty good for a blast to finish off. Yesterday l followed a shogun up the hill that leads to the stretch. This geezer in the Shogun suddenly became all Jenson Button after spotting me in his mirrors. What a laugh he was all over the road trying to keep me behind him. They are bloody fast them shoguns he reached nearly 90mph at one point. Laugh l nearly fell off!!! what a plonker rodney. Any other daft car stories out there Catch ya later.

Driving home from work this morning (yeah I was in the car) deserted road, 30 mph limit and I'm doing about 40. A car comes hurtling up behind me so I slow down. suddenly there's these blue flashing lights in me mirrors. I pull up at the side of the road and wind the window down. Officer asks me why he pulled me up so I said I didn't know. He informed me that I was doing 50 mph and he had to get a shift on to catch me up! He asked me my name to check ownership of car, asked me if I'd been drinking (I hadn't), told him I was on me way home from work - he asked me where I worked and I told him. He let me go - no ticket or nothing. Same scenario but with a camera 40 m…

Well the weather has been unusually warm all winter here......really NO winter to speak of. But yesterday afternoon, my oldest son (25yrs)......Died. Now I just can't get my head around it........so I'm off to visit some places we used to go to.......campsites, riding trails, etc. Honestly think he was a major contributor to the gray Hair count on my head.......but he also was with me during some my fondest times .......DirtBike Riding, Skiing, Fishing, etc. Just found that I can get a week off paid due to a loss in the family....... So I'm Outta Here for a day or so. R.I.P. Shane.......I miss you Pal

I ride to and from work on my bike everyday. My only problem (other than cars who are stuck in traffic not moving anywhere who block up the gaps so i can't filter through)....is my fingers and damn near falling off by the time i get to work or home. I'm on my bike for about 45mins, most of the journey is at 40-50mph and the rest is filtering through traffic. i wear a pair of those wind proof/thermal gloves and a pair of thicker waterproof gortex type gloves. I also have hand guards on the handle bars. I almost pray to come to a stop and traffic lights so that i can warm my fingers on the exhaust manifold!! what am i doing wrong? is it just me or is bloody free…

I was looking at pics of the bike and i couldn't figure out what this big red this is. It's big and red so it must be important. My guess is something to do with turing around cause of the circle, i dont think bikes have windscreen wipers, indicators are on the left, so's the horn. My only decent guess would be traction control, but i dont think it has that. There's even another one down below, small and black so not as important, but it's got the loop over thing again.

......but you certainly don't see any evidence of these on this side of the pond..... One BadAss Yamaha 4-Wheeler! Even if it is a '92 model......still think it'd be difficult NOT to have a Heavy right foot while in it.

I'm in the market for a new ring tone, and the normal mp3 song ring tones have been done to death, i'm on the lookout for a nice (clear) mp3 of a bike taking off hard. If you stumble accross one i'd apreciate it. Off to google now.
