  1. yeah the black plastic things may just be caps to cover the bolt heads...we dont really know as we cant see a picture
  2. Yes I have pen drives, remote hard drive and a scanner where do you think I get my pictures from Dusted, isnt theere a tool compartment just behind your battery? Alternatively why not place the docs in an A4 size polythene sleeve and fold / tape it to the inside of a sidepanel

  10. first thing is...after it's been running and then switched off the next swich on you should hear the characteristic zzzt...zzzt...zzzt of the PV cleaning cycle. After the last zzzt you should see the 'U' shaped cutout in the pulley aligns exactly with the 4mm blind hole behind in the cyl head. Now at this point adjust cables to achieve this, do NOT leave cable tight...just a little slack is required. At this point if the exhaust is removed, you can feel with your finger that the top of the exhaust port is smooth to the touch with no discerible bumps or grooves, if these are felt then the PV is mounted wrong in ralation to the pulley.
  11. Hi muppet, unfortunatley I live nowhere near, I dont know if your plea will bring help to you. However I'm sure we can help you set up the PV correctly through the forum, as for the carb what's wrong with it, maybe you could post it to one of us to work on and ultrasonic clean it if it's dirty?, I'm pretty sure we (and you) can sort this see
