  1. Have you fitted a power commander or had your fuelling re-mapped?
  2. Try taking the clutch cable off completely, and by hand push/pull in and out if it is tight replace the cable. I changed the complete clutch on my sr125 and it was just a sticky cable, it was spot on after replacement.
  3. There are 2 bolts behind the grab rail either side that you need to undo, then the seat just slides back and off. You will need ti use two spanners becaust a ratchet will not fit onto the bolt head due to the grab rail. Hope this helps!
  4. The exhaust is only approx 6 months old a new copper gasket was fitted when I fitted the exhaust. And as for the valve clerances I checked and adjusted those only a couple of months ago this is partly why it's driving me mad and I have run out of ideas, maby it's a trip to the dealer next! Thanks for your help.
  5. Thanks for your help.
  6. I would suggest the first thing to do is get a haynes manual for the bike, this shows how to take off and strip the calipers on the bike. I have done this on my sr125 with no trouble. Hope this helps
  7. Pattern parts.net. carry an exhaust to fit the divi.
  8. Does anyone know why my sr125 backfires through the exhaust when coming off full throttle and slowing down? It doesn't happen all the time but is rather annoying when it does. I have tried cleaning the carb but this did not help. The bike also stalls sometimes when it's hot and stood at traffic lights and junctions.
